Join YJP on its annual Chanukah Social, where we will welcome a selected group of our mentors and rising stars.
The evening will be a night to celebrate the festival of lights, create new friendships and mentorships, and reconnect with old ones.

Honorees



Harry is a Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he leads the private capital office investment sales product specialty. He specializes in Investment sales advisory and has been involved in transactions in excess of $1 billion and 1 million square feet of total consideration over the course of his career.
Prior to joining JLL, Harry spent three years at Meridian Capital, focusing on investment sales, and leverages that experience. He is a member of AIPAC Real Estate, Friends of the Israel Defense Forces Young Leadership, and the Hebrew Free Loan Society Next Generation Board. Additionally, he is frequently a host for UJA and Real Estate Emerging Leaders events in New York City and is an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity. In his spare time, Harry enjoys weightlifting, running, and boxing. He resides in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Born in London, and educated in Finance at the City of
London University, Simon Kaye founded Jaguar Freight in
1993 alongside his father Percy Kaye.
As a third-generation transportation professional, Simon
inherently understood the intricacies of logistics and
supply-chain management. Jaguar Freight was founded
with a clear vision to provide a level of customer service
unsurpassed in the industry. As technology progressed,
Simon set out to create a suite of unique and bespoke
technology products previously unavailable.
Today, Simon is the President and CEO of the company,
which continues to provide the same level of unsurpassed
customer service and technological innovation to a diverse
and prestigious customer base. Over the past 23 years
Jaguar Freight continues to push the envelope for world class customer service and technological innovation.
Simon strives everyday to create an innovative work
environment; it is this innovation, along with a deep
commitment to exceeding industry standards in customer
service, expertise, and technological faculty that keeps
Jaguar Freight at the apex of the industry.
In 2002, Simon relocated to New York with his wife and and
two sons to establish Jaguar Freight’s new headquarters
in the United States. Eager to maintain a bit of home,
Simon maintained his lifelong season ticket holder status at
Tottenham Hotspur, a team known to its fans as “the greatest team the world has ever seen”—a characterization that
mirrors his passion for excellence through Jaguar.

Becci is Assistant Treasurer at Related Companies, following 8 years managing interest rate risk for the Treasury of Citi. She has a BS an MS from Columbia University in Financial Engineering.






A motivated and assiduous May 2019 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a B.S. in Business Administration. Currently an Analyst at The Blackstone Group. Skillsets include but are not limited to, business development, corporate strategy and valuation, data analysis, financial systems, foreign languages, market research, project management, and venture growth.

Jordan has spent his entire career operating at the crossroads of business and innovation. Currently he serves as a Founding Partner of Cobalt Equities, a Real Estate firm focused on tech-forward multifamily development in the Southwest, and as CFO of Perpetual Media, a digital out-of-home AdTech startup with patented solutions for programmatic video. Previously, he co-founded Hoplite Power, a hardware startup that built on-demand phone charging infrastructure for the sports and entertainment industry. He started his career on Wall Street after graduating from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at UPenn with degrees in Finance and Computer Science.
