John Gochberg joined TGM in 2000 as an Acquisitions Analyst, was an Acquisitions Officer from 2001 to 2003, and was Director of Property Operations beginning in 2003 until 2008 when he became Chief Operating Officer. In 2017 Mr. Gochberg became the Chief Executive Officer and President and he is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Mr Gochberg is also the head of acquisitions and chairs both the Investment and Operating Committees.

Prior to joining TGM’s staff, Mr. Gochberg competed for the United States in sailing between 1992 and 2000, was a member of the United States Sailing Team and holds several national championships.
Additionally, from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Gochberg was a partner in Sailing Resources Inc., a company focused on coaching high level sailors and the marketing of racing boats and other related product

Ari Davis is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern's Real Estate, Construction and Environmental Law practice. He concentrates in enabling commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing and financing. Ari has counseled a diverse set of clients, from family-owned businesses and single member limited liability companies to Fortune 500 companies. He negotiates retail and office leases and subleases on behalf of landlords and tenants for spaces ranging from small offices to entire industrial buildings. Ari frequently works with developer clients that sell and purchase multifamily developments, shopping centers and office buildings throughout the U.S., and he represents lenders and borrowers in various loan structures.
