Jenn Saavedra is Dell Technologies' Chief Human Resources Officer. Jenn has a Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Behavior from Tulane University. Jenn’s passion is in understanding the psychology of human behavior and harnessing this knowledge along with analytical insights to help people, teams and organizations be their best. She joined Dell Technologies in 2005 and has held HR leadership roles in many disciplines including talent development and culture, business partner, strategy and learning & development. Jenn has served on the executive boards for many of our Employee Resource Groups.
Jenn lives in Austin with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors and listening to the great live music Austin has to offer.
David has 25+ years of experience serving a broad and global client base as a senior level executive search consultant. Widely recognized as a strategic partner on all of his client engagements, he has been involved in over 425 successful searches, spanning all C-level and functional leadership positions. David joined Stanton Chase in 2002 to launch their Austin office. As a current member of the firm’s Board of Directors, he is responsible for managing the global footprint of Stanton Chase’s 75 offices in 46 countries. David’s passion remains being hands-on in serving his clients, many of which are fast-growth private equity backed global companies.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase David was a Principal with Korn/Ferry International where he was a core member of the Global Technology Practice and the Global Life Sciences practices, with a focus on emerging technologies within both practices. During his nine-year tenure with the firm, David was a critical contributor in establishing their Austin, TX and Princeton, NJ offices. His career in executive search began with a boutique executive search firm with offices in Palo Alto, New York and London.
David is a certified Ambassador for Hofstede Insights, the global leader in organizational culture and intercultural management assessment.
David lectures at the University of Texas at Austin on business ethics and diversity recruiting. He is President Emeritus of the Austin chapter of the Cornell Alumni Association. David received a B.Sc. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University as a Father Kelly Scholar. He has written multiple cookbooks based on his international travels.
