Carlos has more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience and an unparalleled passion for innovation. Previously an active member of Sprinklr’s board of directors, today Carlos guides strategic direction for Sprinklr and leads the marketing, sales, services, and partnerships teams for the most complete enterprise social technology company in the world. Prior to joining Sprinklr, Carlos spent 22 years at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) in a variety of roles. Over the last seven years, he served as a technology evangelist and representative for the chairman and CEO of Cisco, delivering keynotes to audiences worldwide. During his tenure at Cisco, he cemented the company in the strategic markets of financial services, media, and pharmaceuticals. He also helped establish and lead Cisco’s Service Provider organization to generate more than $14 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Cisco, Carlos held management positions at Timeplex, Inc. and New Jersey Bell/Bell Atlanticom.
Carlos also serves on several boards of directors, including Sprinklr, Medidata Solutions, Inc., The Hartford Insurance Company, the CDC Foundation, Just Capital and Princess House.

Dottie Herman is the Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman, one of the nation’s oldest and largest real estate brokerage firms with approximately $27.4 billion in annual sales volume and 7,000 real estate agents. Ms. Herman purchased Douglas Elliman in 2003 in partnership with Douglas Elliman Chairman, Howard M. Lorber, after having started as a broker with Merrill Lynch’s Long Island Division and then expanding Prudential Long Island Realty into a powerhouse brokerage on Long Islands and the Hamptons. Since their acquisition, Douglas Elliman has achieved record sales year over year and continues to strategically expand into new markets.
Ms. Herman has been consistently ranked in Crain's New York Business 50 Most Powerful Women in New York, Inman News Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders and The New York Observer's The Power 100. In 2015, she was inducted into the into the Long Island Business News Hall of Fame and listed in the Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs in America by Inc. Magazine among the Inc. 5000 list where Douglas Elliman was named as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. In 2016, Ms. Herman was named on Forbes 2016 List of America’s Self-Made Women as well as in 2017.
In addition, Ms. Herman received recognition as a Kenneth R. Gerrety Humanitarian Award at the annual Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a BRAVA SmartCEO Award, recognizing exceptional female leaders for their contributions to business and philanthropy. Ms. Herman is involved with the New York Restoration Project, and is on the board of Gold Coast Bank, the Katz Women’s Hospital of the North Shore-LIJ Health System, Southampton Hospital, the American Heart Association and Every Woman Matters Walk: A Walk for Women and their Families.
Ms. Herman is also host of AM970’s popular Saturday morning radio show Eye On Real Estate where she shares expertise on the latest real estate market trends and mortgage news, as well as insights to audience-sourced real estate questions.

Laura is CEO of Havas New York, the NA flagship agency of Havas Group, driving a culture of creativity and innovation, and creating deeper meaning for some of the most recognized companies in the world including TD Ameritrade, ADP, IBM, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Reckitt Benckiser, conEdison and Rite Aid.
Prior to Havas New York, Laura served as U.S. Chief Growth Officer for Havas Worldwide North America and Managing Director of Havas Chicago. With over 20 years of strategic marketing and leadership experience ranging from digital pure-play agencies to globally integrated ad networks, Laura spearheaded growth resulting in three consecutive years of more than 35% revenue growth and a >300% increase in profitability all while becoming a first-time mom.
Before Havas, Laura was SVP and chief marketing officer of Propane Studio, one of the fastest growing independent digital agencies with offices in San Francisco and NY. Prior to that, Laura oversaw a period of explosive growth for IPG-owned FCB West across their SF, Seattle and LA offices, and previously held management positions with Chicago-based digital shops including WPP/Wunderman-owned Designkitchen (now Blast Radius), Black Dog Interactive and Publicis-owned Giant Step (now Arc Worldwide).

Co-CEO and member of the Executive Board with Perkins Eastman, Nick has over 29 years of experience managing, directing, and leading the design of projects across a number of industry sectors. Key to his methodology is the investigation of each project and site's relationship to its environment, history, and intended use. Ranging from large-scale urban design, to civic and cultural centers, museums, and institutional facilities, his award-winning work can be seen throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.


Yoni Glickman is President, Naturals Product Solutions of Frutarom, part of the IFF family of companies after the two combined in October 2018. In this position, he leads the Frutarom business unit in sourcing, researching, manufacturing and marketing of natural products. Mr. Glickman first joined the legacy Frutarom company in 2003 as Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Fine Ingredients Division and rejoined the company in 2015 as President, Natural Solutions. In that capacity, he led Frutarom’s natural food colors, antioxidant, cosmetic and health ingredients business, inclusive of FoodNxt – an innovation lab for Israeli-based start-up companies. For most of his career, Mr. Glickman has worked with natural ingredients and clean technologies. He started in international sales with Hanita Coatings and moved his way up through the ranks to the position of CEO, a role he held for eight years before initially joining Frutarom. Later, he held the position of CEO for Atlantium Technologies, a pioneering company developing safe and sustainable water treatment solutions, and then returned to Frutarom to lead its Natural Solutions division. Mr. Glickman studied business administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and serves on the board of several biotechnology and clean technology companies in an advisory capacity. He is a member of the IFF Executive Committee and is based in Israel.

Marc Newman, CPA, CGMA, is an associate managing partner as well as an accounting and audit partner at Anchin. His practice focuses on solving business and tax issues of privately held companies. Marc emphasizes the importance of listening to clients in order to fully understand their needs and then uses his years of experience to develop practical solutions. In addition to the more common types of engagements, Marc has been involved in a range of corporate and partnership acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and restructuring transactions.
Besides serving as an executive partner of the Firm, Marc is also a member of the Firm's Construction Industry Group and the Real Estate Industry Group. He uses his knowledge of the construction and real estate industries to assist real estate developers and operators in maximizing post-tax returns.
Marc services businesses in real estate, construction, insurance, hospitality and the food and beverage industry, among many others.
Marc brings a keen understanding of audit and accounting services to all of his engagements that goes well beyond the statutory requirements. He works with clients to build tax strategies and business plans that fit individualized needs and goals while responding to changing economic environments.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the New York Building Congress (NYBC), and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Rich Cohen is President and General Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc. Rich has more than 30 years of legal, business and consulting experience focused on providing the most efficient legal services to clients through blends of people, process and technology. Prior to joining Corporate Creations, Rich served as a Managing Director of Duff & Phelps and President of RenewData Corp. He has held senior positions with The Garden City Group and LexisNexis, and he has served as General Counsel of Ohio Power and Columbus Southern Power. Rich has been recognized as an AV Preeminent rated attorney every year since 1998. Rich serves on the Corporate Counsel Advisory Board of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and as Editor in Chief of The Electricity Journal. He is a recipient of the Corporate Legal Times Distinguished Legal Service Award. He has served as President of Association of Corporate Counsel Central Ohio, on the Board of Advisors for Bryan University, and as Co-Chair of the Mass Tort Subcommittee of American Bankruptcy Institute. Rich is a member of Ohio State Bar Association. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo and from University of Akron School of Law. Rich and his family reside in Weston, Florida.
