In January 2011, Bertrand Barthélemy was appointed President of Parkeon, a leader in payment and

Before joining Flowbird, Bertrand Barthelemy was the CEO of Capgemini Managed Business Services.
He was a leading manager in transforming Capgemini into an industrialized and innovative company
which offers Business Processes Management. He has more than 20 years' experience with leading
global corporations and France's Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. He used to manage several
Business units within France and managed Capgemini France Technical Services before taking to join
the Group management Board.
Before joining Capgemni in 1999 as Managing Director of the Industry Division, Bertrand Barthélemy
used to serve as the Director of Strategy for Aster, one of the three branches of Usinor (the former
French steel manufacturer, now part of Arcelor-Mittal). He spearheaded the successful strategic sale of

Accountable for economic issues and trade union relations, he was a special advisor with the Ministry of
Labour and Social Affairs under Mr. Jacques Barrot. Prior to this, he was Head of the Industrial
Delegation to Regional Development (Datar) where he directed the re-development of the Lorraine
region and helped convince Mercedes Benz to locate a factory there for the Smart vehicle.
In 1987-1988, he lived in Denver, Colorado USA, working for an oil company.
Bertrand Barthélemy is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Chief Engineer Corps des Mines. He
can be found piloting a small aircraft, horseback riding, traveling, pursuing his passions for history and
technology, or spending time with his family.
Bill Carter took leadership of ALM as president and chief executive
officer in March 2012. Carter has championed various acquisition
strategies advancing the growth and expansion of markets ALM
He joined ALM from Thompson Reuters where he was senior vice
president of the Small Law Business Unit since 2010 and led its
successful reorganization and growth. An accomplished expert in the
digital and legal services industry, he has also driven significant value
creation as a senior executive at LexisNexis, Epiq Systems, Gerson
Lehrman Group and GES Exposition Services.
Carter is a member of the Georgia Tech College of Computing Dean’s
Advisory Board and serves on the board of Connectiv, the Business

Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration with honors

Bimal Patwari is the 1

provide fast turnaround and reduce costs for the construction industry.
Mr Patwari has widely traveled and has spoken at various international conferences like
Autodesk USA, ASHRAE- USA, BIM Sumit Barcelona and Paris RTC- USA, Universities and Global
technology forums. He has received several awards and recognition from NASSCOM,
Government, TiE and other industry associations for his entrepreneurship and pioneering
contribution to the construction industry.

Corey Thomas is the CEO of Rapid7, as well as Chairman of its board of directors. In 2018, he
was elected to the Cyber Threat Alliance (CTA) board of directors and the Massachusetts
Cybersecurity Strategy Council. He also serves on the board of directors for LPL Financial, as
well as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, sitting on its audit and health care quality and
affordability committees. He previously served on the U.S. Commerce Department's Digital
Economy Board of Advisors. Corey has extensive experience leading technology companies to
the next stage of growth and innovation. Prior to joining Rapid7, Corey was VP of marketing at
Parallels, Inc., a virtualization technology company; group project manager of the Microsoft
Server and Tools division, steering product planning for Microsoft’s data platform; and a
consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Corey received a B.E. in electrical engineering and computer
science from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
As one of the founders and the current President of Allied Physicians Group, Gary Mirkin, MD, FAAP, is a recognized leader in the physician community. Allied Physicians Group, which was formed approximately ten years ago with approximately 30 physicians, now serves more than 180,000 patients and includes 130 physicians with 30+ offices throughout Long Island, Greater NYC, and the Hudson Valley. In addition to being the largest pediatric group in the country, Allied is recognized by the NCQA as a patient centered medical home.
Under Dr. Mirkin’s leadership, Allied Physicians Group has been recognized for its efforts in promoting wellness initiatives such as breastfeeding, weight loss and nutrition as well as pediatric mental health screening. Dr. Mirkin graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Microbiology in 1979. He then went on to The Ohio State University College of Medicine, which he completed in 3 years, graduating in 1982. Dr. Mirkin completed his residency in Pediatrics at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center from 1982-1985. He has been board certified in Pediatrics since 1989, is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has a special interest in dealing with infectious disease and autism. He has been honored with the Healthcare Heroes Physician Hero Award in 2013 as well as a “Top CEO” in 2016 by Long Island Business News.
When he is not working, spending his time as President of Allied and with his patients, Dr. Mirkin enjoys cycling. He has completed the 62 mile Mansion Ride for Autism multiple times and has also completed four NYC Century Bike Tours.
Dr. Amir, innovator, entrepreneur, and a community activist, founded Essence in 1994, following technology leadership positions in global companies such as HP, Digital, and IBM, where he learned about business through hands-on experience. Dr. Amir holds a BSc in Electronics and MBA cum laude from the Technion, and a PhD in Computer Science and Electronics cum laude from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Dr. Heiko Fischer has been Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Executive Board of VTG AG, a leading railcar leasing and rail logistics company, since May 2004. Prior to the appointment as CEO, Dr. Fischer served as managing director of the Rail Division from 2001 to 2004, built up the general freight car business unit (1999 to 2001) and, after joining VTG in November 1995, headed the CEO Office.
Dr. Fischer holds a doctorate in business and economic sciences (Dr. rer. pol.) from Julius Maximilians University in Wuerzburg, was a Visiting Researcher at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, in Washington, DC, and holds an M.B.A. from the University at Albany, State University of New York, in Albany, NY.
Among other non-executive and charitable positions Dr. Fischer is a non-executive director at NYSE-listed Navigator Holdings Ltd., an LPG shipping company, and currently serves as President of the International Union of Wagon Keepers (UIP), a leading industry association, in Brussels.

Idan Shlesinger is President, LifeWorks Retirement & Financial Solutions and CEO, LifeWorks Investment Management. In these roles, Mr. Shlesinger provides executive leadership and strategic guidance for LifeWorks' Retirement Solutions, Investments, Risk and Financial Wellbeing businesses. Mr. Shlesinger joined LifeWorks in 2007 as a senior consulting actuary. Since then he has held various roles, most recently as the leader of LifeWorks’ DC Solutions, where he oversaw LifeWorks' growth to become one of Canada’s largest providers of DC services. He has 25 years of experience providing strategic advisory services to corporate and public sector organizations. Mr. Shlesinger has a passion for creative problem-solving and innovation in the retirement and financial wellbeing space. He has a particular interest in helping organizations improve the financial wellbeing of their people, while managing costs and risks, and has been a frequent speaker and writer on these topics. He commenced his actuarial studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and completed his studies at the University of Toronto. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and of the Society of Actuaries.
Neil Corney is the Chief Country Officer for Citi in Israel, and Cluster Head of Russia, Ukraine,
Kazakhstan, Turkey and Israel for the Markets Business. In addition, Mr. Corney was nominated
as the President of the Association of the Foreign Banks in Israel last year.
Neil Corney was appointed as the Citi Country Officer for Citibank N.A, Israel in November 2013
and as the Markets cluster head in September 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Corney joined Citibank in
August 2004 as Country Treasurer. He had been promoted to Managing Director and head of
FICC in 2008, after which he became Head of Markets for Citi Israel in 2011.
During his tenure, Citi established the largest and one of the first Innovation Labs in Tel Aviv
and now employs more than 200 engineers, software developers and mathematicians.
Additionally, Mr. Corney initiated the launch of the first Fintech Accelerator for startups, the
Cyber Innovation Lab and the ventures investment activity in Israel.
Prior to Citi, Mr. Corney ran a team of 15 as Head of the Trading department in the Treasury at
Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest Bank, where he had been employed for 7 years. Previously, Mr.
Corney ran a private hedge fund in Israel investing in a plethora of instruments ranging from
Interest Rate Derivatives to Commodity Futures.
Mr. Corney also worked as a Portfolio Manager for a South African group with ties to ABSA
bank. Mr. Corney graduated with Honors in the field of economics and statistics from
Manchester University in England.
He is married with 7 children.
Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Allscripts, a position he’s held since 2012. As CEO, Paul leads the company’s vision to deliver its global obligation to build Open, Connected Communities of Health. For Everyone.
Prior to joining the Allscripts Board in 2012, Paul spent more than 13 years with Cerner Corporation in various executive positions, retiring as Cerner’s chief operating officer in 2007. Paul’s career started with IBM Corporation where he spent 12 years in a variety of leadership positions accountable for top line growth, marketing, and professional services.
Paul has served on multiple publicly traded, private equity and nonprofit boards of directors, serving in the capacity of executive chairman of the board, chairman, and compensation committee chair. These companies spanned multiple industries: healthcare information technology, consumer goods, remote patient monitoring, healthcare services, health care delivery, healthcare device and consumer Internet marketing.
Paul also has served on numerous nonprofit institutions. He served for 16 years as chairman and as an executive officer of Truman Medical Centers, an academic safety net health system. He currently is on the board(s) of The Harry S. Truman Presidential Library, and The Advancement Board University of Kansas Health System.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Rafael Beyar, MD, DSc, MPH, and Professor of Medicine and
Biomedical Engineering, is the director of Rambam Health Care
Campus, since 2006, a leading academic referral hospital in
Northern Israel. Beyar received his MD from Tel Aviv University
(1977), a DSc from the Technion (1983), and his MPH from the
Bloomberg School of Public Health (2008). He trained at Johns
Hopkins Cardiology and has held a visiting Professor appointment there. Beyar
served as Dean of the Technion’s Ruth & Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine
(1999–2005); under his leadership, Professors Avram Hershko and Aaron
Ciechanover were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2004. An interventional
cardiologist with research focusing on cardiovascular engineering, development of
stents, and the first robotic coronary catheterization system, Beyar has authored
numerous publications, several patents, 15 books, and is a recipient of several
Beyar successfully led the hospital staff through the 2006 Second Lebanon War,
during which the hospital was under fire. Following the war, Beyar led the hospital
through a massive development plan with a vision that emphasizes the intertwining
of superb medical care with education, research, and innovation. He led the
administration in building a new campus with a 2,000-bed fortified underground
emergency hospital, a modern children’s hospital, an advanced oncology center and
an interdisciplinary heart hospital. The Health Discovery Tower, at the center of the
campus, is a joint project with the University of Haifa and the Technion—integrating
clinical, academic, and industry activities. Beyar also spearheaded the founding of
Rambam MedTech, the hospital’s technology transfer company and has led the
hospital towards an innovative, first of a kind, joint effort with Medtronic, IBM, and
Pitango-Impact First, to establish the MindUp Incubator on Digital Health in early
2016 in Haifa.
Raizy Weiss, CEO/President of Preferred Gold, business woman and philanthropist is a multi-talented individual. With a myriad of skills, Raizy gracefully combines her roles as a devoted mother and wife with managing a successful private pay home care agency. Richard Klapholz became the Chief Executive Officer of Rivulis in May 2014 and during this time has transformed Rivulis into a world leader in agriculture irrigation. Under Richard’s leadership, Rivulis successfully transitioned to become a Temasek company with a strong focus on sustainability.
Prior to joining Rivulis, Richard has held several executive positions in the manufacturing and electronics industries. During his 16-year tenure at Orbotech (which later on became a KLA company), Richard served in multiple senior positions, the last ones being the President of a highly profitable $300 million business unit and the President of the company’s largest 600 employee distribution arm in Asia Pacific (based in Hong Kong).
Richard earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He is also the author of a book on sales management and a book on customer service.

Yoram has a high business orientation and extensive knowledge of regulation and corporate

After 11 years in several management positions in the group, Yoram was appointed as
CEO of Clal Group in July 2018.
Since his appointment Yoram has led a "Back on Track" strategy for FY 2018 and 2019.
According to this strategy, the Group is focused on the improvement of its positioning in
the market. Thus meaning, developing initiative products, improving the management
of marketing channels and improving the quality of the services provided to clients and
agents. Clal is focused today on growth and for the first time in many years Clal has
rebranded itself as a modern, flexible and sophisticated company, while maintaining its
well appreciated traditional values of a company that knows what is important for its
clients and agents.
In order to achieve these goals, while constraining costs, Yoram led a wide
organizational change which supports this strategy. The new Company strategy focuses
on growth in the sale of financial products, alongside insurance products. In order to
rely this change of focus, the Company's name was changed to "Clal Insurance and
Finance". In additions, significant attention was given to the reorganization of the
Company’s investment team and in the improvement of the investment returns that the
Company provides for its clients.
These actions already show a significant improvement in all of the Company's financial
and operational indices.
Before joining Clal Group, Mr. Naveh served as Deputy Director and General Counsel of the
Department of Cooperation Finance of the Israel Securities Authority (ISA). At the ISA, Yoram
served, inter alia, at the following committees:
Member and coordinator, Public Commission for Examining a Corporate
Governance Code in Israel, headed by Adv. Prof. Zohar Goshen.
Chairman, inter-agency task force examining the proper regulatory
framework for the issuance of complex financial instruments to the public.
Member, ISA Market Development Task Force.
Richard A. “Dick” Ehst is president and chief operating officer and a founder, along with Chairman and
CEO, Jay S. Sidhu, of the $10 billion-asset Customers Bank headquartered in Wyomissing, PA with offices
in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
Dick previously served as executive vice president, Commercial Middle Market, Mid-Atlantic Division of
Sovereign Bank, a $90 billion-asset financial institution serving eight states in Northeast U.S. He served
as Sovereign’s regional president for Berks County from 2004-2009 and as managing director of
corporate communications from 2000-2004.
Prior to joining Sovereign Bank, Dick was an independent consultant to more than 70 financial
institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Sovereign, where he provided guidance on regulatory
matters, mergers and acquisitions and risk management.
As a consultant to Sovereign, Dick worked with the Commercial Development Group to identify and
develop corporate and municipal relationships for the bank.
Dick began his banking career in 1968 following his service as a United States Marine during the Vietnam
War. He attended Albright College, is a member of the Albright Board of Trustees and chairs the
Enrollment Management Committee. Dick is a graduate of the Commercial Bank Management Program
at Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
He is often asked to speak to national and international audiences on the financial landscape. He was
the keynote speaker at the 21st International Seminar on Finance in Tokyo, Japan. The seminar was
sponsored by the Japanese Financial News Network. He has also been the featured speaker at financial
conferences in the United Kingdom.
Dick currently serves as an elected board member of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and
Industry, and is Chairman of the Chamber’s Education Foundation. He has been a guest at the White
House regarding education-related issues.
He also serves as a Director of the Reading Hospital Health System Foundation and has served over 40
years on several professional and not-for-profit boards in eastern Pennsylvania.
Dick and his wife, Angela, reside in Reading, PA. They have five daughters and 11 grandchildren.
