Professional Real Estate Service Providers Chapter
The very first chapter meeting open to any Professional Real Estate YJP Member with up to 9 years of experience lead by Advisory Board Members, Sam Weiner and Sammy Levine. If you would like to bring a guest for a trial, please have them register via this page.
*Like the other chapter, this committee may have a non-compete rule between members for confidentiality and deal purposes.

Joining a chapter offers you the opportunity to tap into a curated peer group, have a hand in growing the chapter, and guiding programming for your industry. It’s also a perfect place to exchange opportunities, ideas, and challenges.
Expectations of Chapter Members:
- Join monthly chapter meetings with industry peers
- Provide a network referral of future members or mentors
- Must be active within the YJP community for at least 3 months

Samuel Weiner is a Title Insurance Executive & Partner at Brooklyn Land Title. Samuel received a degree in Business Management & International Business from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. His extensive background in sales & business development gives him a competitive edge in the title insurance industry.
Samuel is committed to providing complete and professional service to the real estate community. He looks to leverage his diverse knowledge and experience in all asset classes, including but not limited to: residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, affordable housing, student housing, ground-up development, and alternative asset types to name a few. His personal interest in the real estate markets and underlying factors that influence price and trends adds to the passion Samuel brings to the table every day.
While adding value to real estate professionals in their niche of choice is of paramount importance to Samuel, he values honesty and integrity above all else and will tirelessly work to his clients’ benefit regardless of deal size or scope of work. Samuel is also astute in identifying opportunities by connecting buyers and sellers for off-market and distressed deals that go beyond a transaction as a value-add and build long and meaningful relationships.
Sam has built a vast network of sources to connect his clients to Equity, Debt and Soft Deposit loans - in order to help his clients move towards a successful closing.
