She represents and counsels clients ranging from Fortune 10 companies to individuals and family businesses across a wide array of industries, including: fashion, beauty & retail; art, media, publishing, music & entertainment; food, alcoholic beverage & health; architecture, interior design & real estate; and technology, among others. In the fashion space, her experience includes successfully representing FIDM in its assertion of trademark infringement and counterfeiting claims against a competing university and successfully representing Alexander Wang in the defense of a copyright infringement claim; she also manages global trademark portfolios and enforcement programs for international fashion brands.
