Brings unique experience as long-term corporate in-house counsel in the luxury retail industry. Known for a highly responsive and consultative approach, strong negotiation skills and for building collaborative relationships that promote trust, confidence and preemptive resolution of issues. Demonstrated ability to devise creative, yet practical solutions that minimize risk while achieving business objectives. Committed to educating stakeholders regarding regulatory risk, compliance and integrating best practices into business planning to enable proactive risk mitigation.

Lindsay is a Partner in the IP group at ArentFox Schiff LLP. Her practice focuses on trademark, trade dress, copyright, right of publicity, and art market litigation, prosecution, and transactions. She represents and counsels clients ranging from Fortune 10 companies to individuals and family businesses across a wide array of industries, including: fashion, beauty & retail; art, media, publishing, music & entertainment; food, alcoholic beverage & health; architecture, interior design & real estate; and technology, among others. In the fashion space, her experience includes successfully representing FIDM in its assertion of trademark infringement and counterfeiting claims against a competing university and successfully representing Alexander Wang in the defense of a copyright infringement claim; she also manages global trademark portfolios and enforcement programs for international fashion brands.
