As CEO of Dame Products, Alex Fine translates the nuances of our sexualities into human-friendly toys for sex.
A lifelong student of sexual health, Fine earned her Masters in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in sex therapy from Columbia University.
Realizing that her skills would be best put to use making concrete improvements to people’s lives, Fine began developing her own vibrators at home and asking friends to give her their feedback. She was gaining startup experience with an organic shampoo company, and decided the time was right to put her passions and her business acumen to use in the world of sex toys.
In founding Dame Products, Fine intends to start necessary conversations, to listen rather than assume, and to create products that enhance intimacy.
Brett Goldberg is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of TickPick. Brett and his college roommate launched TickPick in 2011 to provide a solution for fans who enjoy live entertainment - without having to pay the exorbitant fees. They pride themselves on providing the best ticket price with the most accommodating user experience on the market.
Since launching TickPick in 2011, the company has grown from 2 founders to a profitable, employee owned 25+ person company.
In 2016, Inc. 500 named TickPick the 90th fastest growing private company in the USA.
Brian Rudolph is on a mission to make nutritious food more accessible. At the age of 23, Brian co-founded Banza with his brother Scott. Banza makes a high protein, lower carb pasta made from chickpeas.
Today, Banza is the fastest growing brand of pasta in the country. The product has entered over 5500 retail stores, was named by TIME Magazine as one of the 25 Best Inventions of 2015, and has been featured on Good Morning America, The New York Times, and CNBC's Restaurant Startup. The company was accepted into the inaugural Chobani Food Incubator class, and recently closed a round of funding from the same investors that backed Bai, Alex and Ani, and Vita Coco.
Mr. Rudolph is a member of the Forbes 30 under 30 and Inc 30 under 30 lists. Brian received his BBA from Emory University and is an alumnus of the Venture for America fellowship.
Gautam Puranik is vice president of marketing and analysis at CarMax. CarMax is nation’s largest used car retailer, a FORTUNE 500 company, and has been named one of the FORTUNE “100 Best Companies to Work For” for fourteen consecutive years. Mr. Puranik is responsible for advancing marketing strategies and platforms for CarMax. He leads the marketing consumer insights and analytics teams and is spearheading efforts to improve customer relationships and drive bottom-line results through his knowledge of data, analytics, digital and technology.
Prior to joining CarMax, Mr. Puranik served as vice president of marketing strategy and customer experience at Capital One. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing programs and systems designed to meet aggressive growth targets and goals.
Mr. Puranik received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune, India, and his Masters of Science in operations research from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jomaree Pinkard is an African-American male entrepreneur who was raised in New York City. His career has been a journey that has taken him from helping develop and implement the Salvation Army's September 11th World Trade Center Disaster Relief Program to providing his consulting company’s services for the National Football League, with BS and MBA degree pit stops at the University of Virginia and The Wharton School of Business at UPenn. Currently, he is a Co-Founder and CEO of craft cocktail company, Hella Cocktail Co. In 6 years, he has grown a hobby into a nationally distributed premium quality food manufacturer with clientele including the likes of TGI Friday's, Delta Air Lines, Whole Foods and Total Wines & More. While his business acumen serves Hella from a strategic, marketing and financial operations standpoint, he continues to learn about the life of an F&B entrepreneur as an end-to-end experience in the creation and growth of a premium lifestyle beverage brand.
As Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Medidata, Simon oversees Medidata’s overall marketing strategy, including product marketing, corporate communications, digital, marketing operations and demand generation across all regions.
In his 20 years in the tech space, Simon has held a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles. Prior to Medidata, Simon worked for Rackspace, where he served as VP of global marketing, leading the development of its “managed cloud” positioning and go-to-market – ultimately creating a new category in the cloud market. Previously, Simon spent eight years with Microsoft, where he led central marketing & communications organizations in France and in Asia, and was most recently head of partner sales and marketing for the Asia-Pacific region. During his tenure, Simon built scalable and programmatic marketing engines to deliver a seamless customer and partner experience across 12 markets. Earlier in his career, he also worked for HP and Orange Business Services.
As a result of his innovative efforts, Simon was recently honored with the BMA 2017 Award for the B2B Corporate Marketer of the Year. He holds an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France.
