William L. Zeckendorf is owner, founder and co-chairman of Zeckendorf Development, LLC, as well as co-chairman of Terra Holdings, LLC, parent company of Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead Property, LLC. Co-founding Zeckendorf Development with his brother in 1992, William Zeckendorf has been active in real estate development and acquisition, as well as the purchase and management of real estate companies for over 25 years.
The Zeckendorfs have developed approximately $4.0 billion in properties during their careers. One of their most notable completed projects is Fifteen Central Park West, a 200-unit luxury residential condominium which broke all North American records by achieving over $2.0 billion in initial sales. Among their latest developments are: 520 Park Ave a soaring 800 foot tall 54 story limestone condominium tower with just 31 exclusive residences, located on the Upper East Side at 60th Street between Park and Madison Avenues; 50 United Nations Plaza, a luxury condominium occupying a prestigious location across from the United Nations Headquarters and the first residential tower in the United States designed by Foster + Partners; and 18 Gramercy Park, a truly landmark condominium.
In addition, William Zeckendorf oversees the 14 operating divisions of Terra Holdings, LLC, as co-chairman, with a specific focus on the residential brokerage operations, leading the firm to become one of the largest privately-owned real estate service companies in the United States with seventy-five offices in four states that employs 3,000 brokers and other employees.
William Zeckendorf is a 1980 graduate of Tufts University, and 1984 graduate of the Harvard Business School.

The $450 million restoration and reconfiguration of the iconic Plaza Hotel epitomizes Mr. Naftali’s ability to generate extraordinary returns through innovative deals and industry expertise. Mr. Naftali and his team worked closely with The Landmarks Commission and the city’s top architects to preserve its beauty and history while transforming it into an economically successful mixed-use development. The Private Residences at The Plaza sold for record prices, and hotel occupancy rates are consistently outperforming the competitive set.
Mr. Naftali is the former Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of DGRE. He is an active keynote speaker and guest lecturer. Speaking engagements have included; The Real Deal Annual Forum 2009, Friends of the IDF, University of Southern California, and Columbia Business School. He has been invited to speak at The Real Deal’s 5th Annual Distressed Properties Forum, the Stoler Report’s Real Estate Trends in the Tri-State region focusing on Luxury Residentials, and Fox News Travel and Leisure business segment.
Scott Shnay is currently developing over $500 million of projects including The Lindley (591 Third Avenue), Pod Brooklyn (626 Driggs), 221 West 29th Street, and The Frontier (200-210 East 39th Street). SK recently completed 301 East 50th Street, 10 Bond Street, The Jefferson (211 East 13th Street) , 280 Metropolitan Avenue (Williamsburg), and Reade Chambers (71 Reade Street). Additional projects in Manhattan and Long Island City are currently in pre-development.
Scott has over a decade of experience acquiring sites and developing projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. He has been responsible for over 1,000,000 square feet of development projects valued at over $1 Billion. Scott graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy (Urban Planning/History of Architecture) from Trinity College in 2001. He graduated from the Horace Mann School in 1997.
