Karen joined Bridgewater in 2006. Karen Karniol-Tambour is Co-Chief Investment Officer at Bridgewater Associates, responsible for managing the company’s investment process. Karen oversees the systemization of Bridgewater’s research into trading strategies, manages the development of proprietary investment management models, directs the design and implementation of client investment strategies, and publishes timely market understanding to clients and global policy makers via Bridgewater’s Daily Observations. She also co-leads the firm’s Sustainable Investing efforts, overseeing the design of new investment solutions with both financial and sustainability objectives. Karen joined Bridgewater in 2006 after graduating from Princeton University. She serves on the boards of the Truman Center for National Policy, Search for Common Ground and Seeds of Peace. Karen is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, was included in Fortune’s "40 Under 40" most influential leaders in business in 2019, and has been named to Barron's list of "Most Influential Women in US Finance" for three years in a row.

Zoya Raynes is a Managing Director on the Senior Relationship Management team at Bank of America, a group of professionals who are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships between Bank of America and key institutional investor clients. Ms. Raynes is lead coverage for a strategic group of hedge fund, asset manager, pension, insurance and sovereign wealth fund clients.
With over 20 years of Wall Street experience, Ms. Raynes previously worked at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns. She began her career in the Salomon Smith Barney Institutional Sales & Trading Analyst program upon graduation with honors from Drexel University.
Ms. Raynes is very active in the philanthropic community, including currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Funders Network. Ms. Raynes was born in Kiev and immigrated to the US with her family in 1979. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and two sons.

Jennifer “Jenny” Dunn is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of its Private Funds Group and Hedge Funds practice.
Jennifer focuses her practice on advising hedge funds, closed-end funds (including debt funds), hybrid funds, co-investment platforms and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, general securities laws matters, and regulatory and compliance issues.
Her practice includes structuring and negotiating seed and strategic investments, advising investment managers regarding the structure and sale of their platforms and the structure of their compensation arrangements. She also represents investment managers in connection with managed accounts and single investor funds.
Jennifer has been named among the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds by Hedge Fund Journal and served on the board of directors of 100 Women in Finance. She has been recognized by Chambers USA, the Legal 500 US, and has presented at conferences on ESG investing, compliance issues, co-investments, hedge funds and credit funds.
