Agenda
Speakers
As the co-founder of Matto Espresso, a rapidly growing franchise coffee company, my mission has been to revolutionize the coffee industry by making high-quality coffee affordable to all. With a passion for excellence and an eye for detail, I have created and implemented all standard operating procedures helping to fuel the company's rapid growth in the past two years.
Jeremy Lyman is the co-founder and owner of Birch Coffee, one of New York City's most beloved coffee chains known for its great coffee but even more so for its amazing people. With a passion for great coffee, community and service, Jeremy has made Birch Coffee a beloved spot with numerous outposts throughout New York City and a location in South Korea. Birch was founded on its dedication to service and its relationships with guests and this remains its highest priority to date.
Matt Kliegman and Noah Bernamoff conceived the idea for Black Seed Bagels over beers during the pair's weekly "kvetch sessions" following Hurricane Sandy. Noah possessed the bagel know-how while Matt was eager to add a bagel shop to Nolita's burgeoning restaurant scene. While together the two good friends and recipients of Zagat's 30 Under 30 own Black Seed, separately they are the entrepreneurs behind a number of NYC's most beloved bars and restaurants including The Smile, Grand Army, Celestine, Smile To Go, Otto's Market, Old Rose & The Jane Hotel Ballroom.
Founder and Managing Partner of Murray's Bagels Chelsea and Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish.
