Agnes Laudau Graduated with her Master's Degree from Fordham University in 1988. She proceeded to a career in cosmetics and beauty and is now the Senior Vice President of Darphin, including the product of Estate Lauder. She also worked with previous company such as Clinique and Revlon. She always had a passion for cosmetics. She believes in being an influence towards others to become their best in their career. She was also responsible for training over ten upcoming Senior Vice Presidents throughout her career. She has two daughters who are now graduating from top universities and also exceeding in their careers. She is a member of the CW woman in 2013, Cosmetics executive woman and the Latin Society.
Joseph was previously the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and CRM at the Vitamin Shoppe, responsible for customer acquisition & retention for the $100MM+ e-commerce business and 700+ retail stores with revenue approaching $1B. Prior to joining Vitamin Shoppe, Joseph managed digital marketing for Quidsi (an Amazon company), including Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com and their other family brands with over $500MM in revenue. Joseph received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, specializing in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation and business analytics.
