Brad is managing partner of FTV and leads investments in enterprise technology & services and financial services. Brad has over 25 years of private equity experience. Prior to FTV Capital, Brad was a partner at Oak Hill Capital Management and its predecessors where he managed the business and financial services group. He began his private equity career with Patricof & Company Ventures and started his professional career in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in New York. Brad received a BA magna cum laude from Tufts University.

Oliver Goldstein has 24 years of private equity investment experience. Oliver is currently a Senior Advisor at Pine Brook. Oliver was a partner at Pine Brook and member of the firm's Investment Committee from October 2009 to June 2020, and led Pine Brook’s financial services investment business from January to June 2020. Oliver was lead partner on eleven Pine Brook portfolio company boards, and currently represents Pine Brook as a board director of Global Atlantic Financial Group.
From 2005 to 2009, Oliver was a partner and senior managing director at Eton Park Capital Management, where he started and co-led the firm's U.S. private investment effort. Oliver was with Warburg Pincus from 1999 to 2005, most recently as a managing director responsible for leveraged buyouts and direct investments in public companies. Prior to that, Oliver worked for Fenway Partners and Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Oliver holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics (summa cum laude) from Duke University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar.
