John Coyle is a Partner at Permira Advisers, an international private equity firm with a 35-year history and over €40bn of assets under management. John serves on the Executive Committee, is Head of the New York office and leads the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. While at Permira, he has worked on a number of transactions including Arysta LifeScience, Atrium Innovations, BFY Brands, Cambrex, Cielo, DiversiTech, Intelligrated, and Reformation. Before joining Permira in 2008, John was the Global Head of the Financial Sponsor Group at JPMorgan Securities, where he worked for over 20 years.
John has a degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Brian T. Mangino is a corporate partner resident in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office. He joined the Firm's London office in 2000 and transferred to the Washington, DC office in 2003.
Mr. Mangino focuses his practice on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions representing both private equity firms and public and private companies and corporate financings.
