Aliza Licht is the founder & president of LEAVE YOUR MARK LLC, a consultancy specializing in brand marketing, communications, digital strategy, and tech start-up advisement. Licht was formerly the longtime svp of global communications at Donna Karan International and is widely known as a pioneer in brand digital strategy. Most known for her work as the creator and voice of the award-winning social personality DKNY PR GIRL, from 2009-2016 Licht created a multi-platform community of over 1.5mm followers for DKNY, driving new brand relevancy and commerce. She was most recently the evp brand marketing and communications at Alice + Olivia, with a strong focus on digital strategy and brand partnerships to drive omnichannel growth.
Licht has been profiled in The New York Times and was featured on the cover of The New York Times Style section in the article “Who Will Be America’s Next Top Mentor?” She is TEDx speaker, a five-time Fashion 2.0 award winner, and was named one of Time's "Six Women Who Rule the Fashion World” and listed as #30 in the “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in New York,” by The New York Daily News.
Jodi Riesenberg is currently the Head of Sales for Piaget North America, overseeing Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce. She is graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising and Business. She is a veteran of LVMH holding leadership roles at both Christian Dior and Fendi through 2013. Jodi was Vice President at J Mendel overseeing corporate merchandising and the retail network followed by Global Retail Director Retail Director at 3.1 Phillip Lim overseeing all of global retail.
Sandra Campos has been successfully building consumer-led global fashion lifestyle brands for more than twenty years. In her role as CEO of Diane von Furstenberg, she is leading a financial and operational turnaround by implementing bold strategic plans that will turn a wholesale led organization into a healthier retail DTC company. Sandra is finding new alternatives to old problems and is spearheading growth initiatives across all four channels of distribution.
Prior to joining DVF, Sandra played a pivotal role in restructuring licensed brands within Global Brands Group. As President of six global Women’s contemporary brands with more than $500mm in revenues and all in different phases of progress, she restructured and leveraged teams by creating centers of excellence in e-commerce for Bebe and BCBG brands. Her innovative and forward thinking brought Juicy Couture back to prominence after hiring a Hollywood stylist to lead the creative direction of the brand.
An executive with broad skills and experience, Sandra has been leading turnarounds and launching new businesses for corporate organizations totaling more than $2bn in market cap. She has overseen organizations with hundreds of employees as well as startups with a team less than a hundred people in businesses that encompass wholesale, DTC, ECOM, international, and direct marketing.
Her additional career successes include entrepreneurial ventures and successful exit with Mobi, a consumer products company sold in sixteen countries and Cynosure Holdings-ACH, a celebrity brand management company responsible for launching Selena Gomez’s lifestyle collection at Kmart for five years with thirteen licensed categories.
Sandra started her career in retail buying at J.McLaughlin and then moved into wholesale sales at Donna Karan-DKNY. She went on to launch brands within iconic organizations such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica and led their sales, planning, production, merchandising, design and visual teams.
Allan is a strategic advisor to numerous owners and CEOs of fashion and consumer products companies and has successfully closed hundreds of M&A transactions and corporate restructuring assignments. Prior to establishing MMG, Allan was President and CEO of Basco All American Sportswear; President of multiple divisions of Biderman Industries; a Founder and Partner in Alan Flusser Inc.; and a Corporate Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman of Intercontinental Apparel, a forerunner and leader in the men’s designer apparel business.
Allan is a member of the AAFA Board of Directors, the former President of the Designer’s Collective and a former Executive Committee member of both the Men’s Fashion Association and the Fashion Roundtable. He has taught courses and lectured at fashion universities and has written numerous articles regarding the state of the apparel industry. Allan is the Founder and has served as the Chairman of Fashion Delivers until it was merged to form K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers, now known as Delivering Good where he serves as the current Chairman. This charity has distributed over $1.8 billion of donated products to serve the poor and disadvantaged worldwide.
Eric's career in marketing started at Young & Rubicam (Y&R) working on marquee clients, Johnson & Johnson® and Advil®. Later he joined Bates handling media planning for Sudafed®, and Actifed®. Eric’s career path changed during the dawn of the American microbrew craze when his passion for craft-brewed beers led him to start Ale In The Mail™, a Beer-of-the-Month company. He sold the business and in 1998 started Delightful Deliveries™, an ecommerce gift company.
During his 10 years as CEO, Eric grew the company into America's largest gifting website. In 2008, Delightful Deliveries received the highest industry honor, being named a Top 100 Website by Internet Retailer Magazine.
After exiting ecommerce, Eric started HUNTER Digital, a results-driven Digital Marketing Agency. During this time Eric led online marketing for 100's of companies including Salesforce (Buddy Media), Phone.com, Olapic, Eversafe.
Over the past year, HUNTER was named "One of the 10 Best Agencies in NY" by Clutch®, a Top Digital Marketing Agency by UpCity® and the winner of the 2019 "Certificate of Excellence" by Bark®.
Krista Corrigan is a Fashion and Retail Analyst at EDITED, a retail analytics company with a software that brings data into decision making, and specializes in menswear and streetwear. With over four years of experience in merchandising retail, Krista has a deep understanding of the buying processes and shifts within the retail landscape. Krista also received her Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business at Indiana University.
What started as a fun hobby in 2014 turned into a full time Social Media Brand and Company just a few short years later. Jewish Chick is not only one of the most recognizable names in the Jewish world, but boasts numerous brand partnerships with company’s such as American Girl/Mattel and Milly, one of the most sought after brands in Fashion.
A true entrepreneur of the computer age, Sam quit formal schooling (in computer science and mathematics) to pursue his vision. In 1985, observing long lines at the local Benetton store, he demonstrated the need for a computerized system for the franchisee. Unable to find one that met the retailer’s expectations, he created his own. From his vision for an affordable, PC-based solution for specialty retailers, Sam went on to develop the single-platform, feature-rich technology that is today’s leading enterprise-class, cloud-based system for the retail industry. Sam takes his clients’ success personally. He is a hands-on leader with an obsession for excellence, who guides every aspect of KWI. Married, with four children, he is a deeply committed family man and is active in charitable foundations.
Elnaz Zarrini is an associate in the Corporate Department in Morrison & Foerster’s New York Office. Her practice focuses on fund formation and general corporate and transactional matters. Ms. Zarrini also advises companies on significant legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, license agreements and joint ventures, counseling companies in a wide range of industries including consumer brands and the fashion and luxury markets.
In the area of fashion and luxury brand law, Ms. Zarrini counsels clients through their full business life cycle from protecting and enforcing their intellectual property and brand equity, to providing counsel on the everyday challenges such companies face online.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Zarrini was a complex commercial litigation and white collar associate for another international law firm. In this capacity, she represented private equity, corporate clients and executives in a broad range of matters including restructuring, contractual disputes, complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, securities and intellectual property litigation, government investigations and FCPA matters.
Ms. Zarrini received her J.D. in 2011 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the associate editor for the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. While in law school, Ms. Zarrini also interned for Judge Donald Pogue of the United States Court of International Trade, the legal department of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, and The Legal Aid’s Prisoners’ Rights Project.
Ms. Zarrini is fluent in Farsi.
Jordana Urman is the Men’s Marketing Manager within the Wholesale channel at Ralph Lauren. Prior to working at Ralph Lauren, she worked at Ted Baker building their digital strategy for the US and managing their social channels and campaigns. Jordana has also gained marketing experience at Tommy Hilfiger, John Varvatos, and Seventeen Magazine. She is a graduate of Binghamton University with degrees in Anthropological Perspectives and Art History, and a Masters in Marketing from LIM College of Graduate Studies.
With a degree from NYU in Economics & Business, Rina began her career working in consulting for 6 years until she left to follow her passion. Blending her business strategy background with a creative soul, Rina pursued a Masters in Fashion Photography at SVA and studied under top level industry professionals. Merely 3 years later, Rina worked her way from the bottom up and now leads photo & video production at M.M.LaFleur where she has a standing seat on the creative team.
Yaffit is a marketing and strategy executive and consultant who specializes in consumer products, and is currently the founder of Nooar, a direct-to-consumer luxury intimate apparel brand. Prior to founding Nooar, Yaffit worked for ZARA, managed the consumer product category for Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances, and worked for Unilever in the Global Brand Development team of Dove Hair. Yaffit holds a B.A. from the College of Management in Israel, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
