Managing Partner, Co-CIO at Arsenal Capital Partners

Terry Mullen is a Founder and Managing Partner of Arsenal Capital Partners, a specialized private equity firm that invests in high-growth industrial technology and healthcare companies. Arsenal operates out of New York City with a team of 80+professionals. The team brings together complementary investment, industry, and operating backgrounds to enable the development of deep domain and technical expertise in the firm’s core sectors of focus. Since its founding in 2000, Arsenal has raised seven institutional private equity funds totaling over $10 billion of capital commitments and has completed more than 250 transactions, including platform portfolio companies and add-on acquisitions.

Prior to founding Arsenal Capital Partners in 2000, Terry was a principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners, a $26 billion private equity firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee in 1992, he also worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley & Co.

Mr. Mullen received a B.B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Gorbach is an Investment Partner of Arsenal for the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2008, Mr. Gorbach worked in the buyouts group at American Capital Strategies. Previously, he worked at Madison Dearborn Partners and in the financial sponsor group of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

Daniel Eisner focuses his practice on the area of complex business transactions with a particular focus on structuring, negotiating and managing the legal aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and venture capital investments, debt financings, roll-ups and restructurings. Over the last 25 years, Dan has served as principal counsel in the representation of numerous portfolio companies of private equity and venture capital funds in a wide array of industries including healthcare, industrials, financial services and technology. Dan has considerable experience in representing privately owned companies and their investors in corporate governance and securities matters and routinely advises officers and directors on fiduciary responsibilities, disclosure obligations and contentious matters.

Praised by clients as being “outstanding in all regards” and demonstrating “great tact in negotiations,” since 2004 Dan has been consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in Private Equity Buyouts and Corporate/M&A by The Best Lawyers in America, The Legal 500 U.S. and Chambers USA. Dan is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law and has previously served as general counsel to Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading middle market private equity investment firm focused on healthcare and specialty industrial investments.
