Ricky Sandler founded Eminence Capital in 1999. Today, Eminence is a ~$7.0B global investment management organization. As the CIO of Eminence, Ricky is responsible for managing a team of over 20 investment professionals and a diversified portfolio across most sectors of the market. Prior to launching Eminence, Ricky was co-founder and co-general partner of Fusion Capital Management, LLC. Prior to that he was a research analyst covering a wide range of industries and companies for Mark Asset Management, where he began his investing career in 1991. Ricky received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin, graduating with honors. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the University of Wisconsin Foundation and as a member of its Development Committee, Investment Committee and Traditional Asset Subcommittee. Ricky Sandler is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Joshua Pearl serves as a consultant for Honeycomb Asset Management. He also founded Hickory Lane Capital in 2020 and served as its CIO, where he focused on special situations utilizing a fundamentals-based approach. Prior to founding Hickory Lane, for nine years he served as a Managing Director and Partner at Brahman Capital, a value-oriented asset manager focused on investing with best-in-class management teams. Prior to his investing career, he spent eight years as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank, Moelis & Company, and Deutsche Bank focusing on high yield financings, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, capital structure solutions, mergers & acquisitions, activism, and board advisory. He is also the co-author of Investment Banking: Valuation, LBOs, M&A, and IPOs and The Little Book of Investing Like the Pros. Mr. Pearl earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 2003. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently resides in New York, New York.

Conversations are candid and off the record, allowing you opportunity to partake in the discussion and ask questions. The event includes time for networking, refreshments, and a one-hour sit down moderated roundtable.
