M. Elaine Crocker is a member of the Board of Directors, President, and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Moore Capital Management, LLC. Founded in 1989, Moore Capital currently has 365 employees. As President, Ms. Crocker is responsible for administration of all areas of the firm, with the heads of finance, operations, legal, compliance, human resources, technology, and investor relations all reporting to her. Known in the industry for her ability to identify and nurture talented traders, Ms. Crocker is also responsible for the selection of portfolio managers at Moore Capital. Prior to joining Moore in January 1995, she was a Managing Director and an Executive Vice President of Commodities Corporation (U.S.A) N.V. (“CC (U.S.A.)”). Her responsibilities included the planning, selection and development of CC (U.S.A.)’s trading, research, risk control and legal and compliance activities, and she was also responsible for portfolio selection for internal capital and managed fund products. She joined Commodities Corporation in 1970. Ms. Crocker received a B.S. in Business Administration from Sophia University International College in Tokyo, Japan.

Claudia Bertolino has a broad-ranging role at Citco Fund Services, with 25 years’ experience in accounting and business development, which underpins her primarily role as Head of Private Equity and Private Credit and as a member of the CFS Business Leadership Team.
Her long-term commitment to Citco began in the Fund Accounting department in 2000, where she received granular experience in accounting practices spanning Private Equity and Hedge Funds. In 2012, Claudia transitioned from her former role as a department head of Citco’s Fund Accounting Group in North America to focus on enhancing the Client Service and Relationship Management model at Citco. From 2017, she moved into the role of Global Head of Business Development - supporting the growth of our company’s assets under administration (AUA) from $900m to almost $2 trillion during this period – all through organic growth.
In her current role as Head of Private Equity and Private Credit, Claudia plans to draw on her detailed knowledge of fund accounting and client service to supplement Citco’s impressive Private Equity and Private Credit offering. She will also draw on her wide-ranging business development expertise across Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, Hedge funds, Trusts & Foundations and Family Offices to streamline processes and apply insights gleaned from across the spectrum of alternative investments.
Along with her professional work in the Alternative Investment Industry, Claudia is a member of the New York Help for Children (HFC) Committee of Hearts, a global Angel of 100 Women in Finance and a co-chair and honoree of the St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters. Claudia is also the Founder and Board Member of the MGB Memorial Scholarship Fund and sits as the acting President of the St Joseph Regional Foundation.
