The principal of Granoff Architects, Richard Granoff built his award-winning firm from the ground up. Today he leads a team of 30 top professionals in delivering exceptional design and customer service. Under Rich’s vision, his full-service firm excels at helping clients achieve their goals in residential and commercial architecture as well as landscape and interior design.

Recognized as an industry leader, Rich has received numerous design awards. He has been featured in national media, including appearances on Good Morning America, High Net Worth and MTV Cribs and articles in the New York Times, Veranda and many others.

Educated at Syracuse University, Rich launched his career with noted architect David Rockwell in New York City where he gained experience in luxury residential and commercial design before starting his own firm in Greenwich. A LEED-accredited professional, Rich is known for his innovative work and commitment to sustainability, embracing green building practices long before it was popular to do so. He is a Registered Architect in the States of CT, NY, NJ, RI, FL and TN and also an active real estate developer.

As a high-energy people person, Rich contributes to many organizations, currently serving on the boards of Kids in Crisis, the Arch Street Teen Center, ONS Foundation, Chabad and the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce with past roles at American Red Cross and The Whitby School among others. He has also provided pro bono design services for many nonprofits including the American Red Cross, United Way and Neighbor to Neighbor. Rich was recently honored for his philanthropy and good works, receiving the “Light a Fire” Award from Greenwich Magazine.

A global citizen with strong local roots, Rich loves to travel. He is constantly on a quest for the best materials and brings fresh ideas back to his clients. He is an avid skier, golfer, cyclist, wine connoisseur and art collector as well as an accomplished home cook. Married to his high school sweetheart, Rich has two twenty-something sons, an architect and photographer. The Granoffs live in a modern waterfront home in Greenwich that Rich designed and built.

David Glickman is the founder and managing partner of GEA Consulting Engineers, which was started in his attic in 1996. With their current staff of over 45 engineers, GEA is the leading MEP Engineer for large scale multi use projects, including residential, hotel and retail. GEA incorporates cutting edge technology and forward thinking design in all their projects and is especially proud of the repeat business they have been able to sustain with leading developers and retailers throughout the country. He received his BSME from Columbia University and worked for several large engineering firms before founding GEA.

A member of our team will review your information and get back to you shortly. If you have over 20 years of experience and do not qualify for this session, we will be happy to provide further information on our executive-level membership and involvement opportunities for which you do qualify. Non-members of YJP are welcome to join one event to experience our group. After your first event we ask that you apply to become a member if you wish to continue being involved in our community.
