This roundtable is intended for YJP's Professional level members (3-9 years work experience).

Join us for an intimate In-Person real estate roundtable with Issac Hera. This roundtable is for Professional-level members of YJP. This session will be an opportunity to connect with a select, intimate group of young rising stars in the industry, as we convene on September 10th from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

Issac Hera serves as Yellowstone’s CEO, where he oversees the firm’s overall business, operations, and investment strategy. Headquartered in Manhattan Yellowstone is a private equity firm focused on opportunistic and value added real estate transactions across the United States. 

Prior to Yellowstone, Mr Hera acted as CEO of Star Real Estate Ventures, a vertically integrated multifamily platform with a portfolio of 14,500 apartments located in 11 states across the US. Under Mr. Hera’s leadership Stars portfolio grew from $800 million to $1.75 billion in 3 years and was sold to Morgan Properties and Olayan America Group.

Prior to joining Star, Mr. Hera served as CEO of Brack Capital Real Estate USA, the United States subsidiary of a publicly traded international real estate development firm Brack Capital. During his 16 years at Brack Capital, Mr. Hera was responsible for Brack Capital’s overall business and operations in the United States. Mr. Hera oversaw real estate transactions with an aggregate value of over $5 billion, and was responsible for real estate acquisitions, asset and property management, debt financing, sales, and development functions of a real estate portfolio of over 8 million square feet.

Andrew Scandalios
Senior Managing Director and Co-Head at JLL

Andrew is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 30+ years of experience in the real estate investment banking business as a manager, advisor and transactional agent. He is primarily responsible for institutional-grade transactions throughout the Northeast. Andrew is also a member of the expanded Executive Committee. He has been involved in real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling more than $60 billion. He has extensive experience transacting on all property types.

Prior to his time with HFF, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at Rockwood Realty and an Acquisition/Dispositions Officer at UBS Realty Advisors.
