If you have over 20 years of experience and do not qualify for this session, we will be happy to provide further information on our executive-level membership and involvement opportunities for which you do qualify. Brad is managing partner and has been a growth equity investor at FTV Capital for over 18 years, leading investments in enterprise technology & services and financial services. Brad has over 25 years of private equity experience. Prior to FTV, Brad was a partner at Oak Hill Capital Management and its predecessors where he managed the business and financial services group. He began his private equity career with Patricof & Company Ventures and started his professional career in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in New York.

Leo Greenberg is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Leo serves as counsel to large and middle market buyout funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, growth capital investments, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, corporate restructurings and workouts. He has broad experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including technology, software, media, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, logistics/transportation services, oil and gas services and retail.
