Join us for an intimate In-Person real estate roundtable with Justin Ehrlich. This roundtable is for Professional-level members of YJP. This session will be an opportunity to connect with a select, intimate group of young rising stars in the industry, as we convene on March 13th.

Justin Ehrlich co-founded Churchill in 2014 and is a Managing Partner of the firm. Prior to founding Churchill, Justin completed over $3 billion of debt and equity investing, and developed over 1 million square feet of luxury mixed-use projects in Manhattan and California. Justin also previously invested capital on behalf of several institutional clients and served as a development partner for several Taft-Hartley pension funds between 2008 and 2014. Before his career in development, Justin was a Vice President at Broad Street Advisors on the capital markets team. Justin received a B.S.B.A. from Boston University and a G.C. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.

Michael Pizzitola is a Principal responsible for many aspects of Churchill’s investments and operations, including capital markets, capital raising, joint venture sourcing and execution, originations, and asset management. Prior to joining Churchill in 2019, Mike worked in the investment banking division of Barclays and previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mike received an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S.B.A from Georgetown University.
