My strengths include moving initiatives forward in highly matrixed organizations and driving organizational change in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
Michael Rosenblatt, CPA is the Founder and President of The Quest Organization, an Executive Search and Advisory Firm, that has been in business for over 30 years. In addition, he runs a number of other related entities that identify mergers and acquisitions, assist with the raising of capital and advise closely held entities on governance, exit strategies and succession planning. Michael has been on the Board of Directors of the New York State Society of CPAs, and he has been the Chairman of the Oversight Committee and the Chief Financial Officer's Committee. His assignments include the following industries: Real Estate, Family Offices, Technology, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Not for Profit and Service companies.
