Alicia Tillman is Chief Marketing Officer for SAP Ariba, the world’s largest business to business commerce network. Alicia is accountable for the development of the marketing strategy across the globe. Within her first seven months in role, Alicia rebuilt the company’s 18 year-old brand by updating its logo and messaging to make it more reflective of the company’s value proposition and focus on customers.
Prior to SAP Ariba, Alicia spent 11 years at American Express and was the head of Marketing and Business Services and previously head of Public Affairs, Corporate Communications and Media Relations for the Global Business Travel division. Under her leadership, Alicia built a global organization recognized for developing a strong brand and consistent messaging that gave the business a leading voice in the industry. Throughout her career, she can be credited with many industry “firsts” – including launching the first ever business travel industry forum in China; creating American Express Business Travel’s first social media platform and creating the first customer loyalty product in the industry that used gamification mechanics.
Alicia has significant experience across marketing and product development, event management, branding, lead generation, public relations and investor relations, strategic planning, revenue management, organizational design and innovation. She has strong cultural competence leading global teams and is a dynamic public speaker and team motivator and serves as the executive sponsor for women’s leadership and diversity at SAP Ariba.
Alicia has been honored by many organizations for her work in marketing and communications. During her career at American Express, Alicia was profiled by the European trade journal, Travel Trade Gazette Business, as one of the leading women in the business travel industry. She was awarded the American Express Chairman’s Award for Innovation twice and the Chairman’s Award for Exemplary Performance. Since her time at SAP Ariba, Alicia was honored by Direct Marketing News as a 2016 Hall of Femme recipient which honored 15 exceptional chief female marketers. She was also recognized in early 2017 as one of 25 leading global marketing leaders by The Internationalist for outstanding accomplishments in the past year and changing the rules of contemporary marketing.
Alicia is a graduate of Lycoming College and holds a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in International Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising. She works in the SAP New York City office and lives in New Jersey with her husband, Bill, and their two children, Riley and William.
Bill Myers is Vice President of Marketing & Communications at DaVita, a $14 billion fully integrated healthcare company that serves 1.5 million patients throughout the United States and abroad. Bill joined the DaVita Village in March, 2010 and directs a team responsible for external and internal communications, marketing, digital strategy, social media, physician outreach and CEO engagement as well as the execution of DaVita’s nationally recognized philanthropy and social responsibility efforts.
Bill previously worked at UnitedHealth Group (UHG) as Vice President of Government Affairs. In that role, Bill was responsible for healthcare-related legislation, educating policymakers and supporting business growth initiatives with state government officials and agencies in the Rocky Mountain West affecting UHG’s broad family of companies.
Prior to joining UHG, Bill worked at Qwest Communications for 11 years in various communications and government affairs capacities. In addition to managing a staff of field communicators across the West and in Washington DC, Bill developed and executed award-winning advocacy strategies for two of the company’s highest corporate priorities: Long-distance re-entry and Qwest’s bid to acquire MCI.
Bill has also been involved in campaigns and politics, having worked in Washington D.C. as a legislative director for a Member of Congress from North Carolina. Bill has also worked on numerous state- and federal-level political campaigns, including serving as deputy campaign manager and issues director of a U.S. Senate candidate in Colorado.
Bill received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. He serves on the boards of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, Amp the Cause and
the DaVita Village Trust. He is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and The
Gus Carlson is Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of Thomson Reuters.
Gus' relationship with the company dates back to 2006, when he joined The Thomson Corporation as Chief Communications Officer. Two years later, as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, he oversaw the creation and launch of the Thomson Reuters brand, which debuted among the top 50 most valuable global brands.
Gus has held senior communications positions with Accenture, Standard & Poor's, Barnes & Noble, PaineWebber and Hill and Knowlton. He is also a former business journalist, having worked as an editor for The New York Times and The Miami Herald, where he was a member of the editorial staff awarded the Pulitzer Prize for coverage of Hurricane Andrew and its aftermath in 1992. Gus also serves on the board of the Globe and Mail – Toronto.
Gus is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and also attended the University of California, Santa Barbara.
JJ Schmuckler is the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Y&R, where he oversees Y&R’s business development activites and corporate go-to- market strategy. Based in New York, JJ is responsible for driving all stages of Y&R’s new business initiatives and works closely with global leadership to drive growth for the agency and its clients.
Prior to his current role at Y&R, JJ most recently led the Brand Partnerships team at Interlude, an interactive video company and WPP investment. His clients included smartwater, Kimberly Clark and MTV, among others.
A longtime Y&R veteran, JJ first joined the Y&R network in 2011 as Chief of Staff. He went on to serve as Managing Director of Global Integration at VML, driving and implementing VML’s expansion strategy across the globe. He played a key role in driving the agency’s growth during this time, opening 13 global offices in two years.
JJ began his career at Wunderman in 2007 and quickly climbed the ranks in Account Management, focusing on Wunderman’s technology business where he oversaw key accounts like Dell and Microsoft. He also serves as the Chair for the Young Entertainment, Media and Communications Committee at the United Jewish Appeal of New York (UJA).
A New York native, JJ is a graduate of Brandeis University and a jazz saxophonist by training. He lives on Manhattan's upper west side with his wife and son.
Naveen Rajdev serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Wipro Limited, one of the largest digital and technology brands in the world.
Naveen and the global marketing team work across all industries to elevate company brand promises through brand positioning strategies, large scale global partnerships, corporate media, analyst relations, and business marketing. During his tenure as CMO, Naveen has been at the center of unifying the Wipro brand during some of the largest acquisitions in company history, launching Wipro in new geographies, and uniquely positioning new businesses like Wipro Digital.
Naveen champions ceaseless innovation in building new customer engagement models, finding new ways to connect and shape relationships with customers.
Naveen’s “skunkworks” project, the mink (marketing, innovation, and creativity) team, combines new technology with out-of-the-box thinking to create the future of marketing. Naveen has played an instrumental role in establishing the company’s first artificial intelligence platform, Wipro Holmes, and is the driving force behind Wipro’s Wool magazine, which examines trends with the intensity of a skilled futurist. A consummate connector, Naveen has helped engineer pioneering new partnerships with FC Chelsea, the British Lawn-Tennis Association, and built
Wipro’s first comprehensive influencer and ambassador program. As Wipro’s brand champion, he is passionately engaged in employer branding, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and has been a longstanding supporter of Wipro’s urban biodiversity, First Book, and “Children with Disability” programs. In his previous roles at Wipro, Naveen helped craft the Wipro story in various customer relationships and geographies. As Vice President of Banking in North America for Wipro, he led high-growth businesses and established Wipro’s presence in new regions.
Naveen is fascinated by a wide range of topics, from quantum mechanics to the rise of social technology, to design thinking in the fourth dimension. Naveen has been published in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Observer, where he passionately writes about how CMOs can make a difference in enriching cities and communities. Given his passion for digitizing cities, he serves on the governing board of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and provided guidance around the “ChooseATL” campaign to promote Atlanta’s presence on a global scale.
Naveen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s in Finance and Marketing from Delhi University. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his family.
Noha Georges is the chief marketing, communications and public affairs officer for Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory, and serves as the chief communications strategist for Deloitte’s chairman of the board.
She joined Deloitte in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in high profile and politically sensitive areas of program management, public policy campaign development, brand awareness, traditional and social media analysis, and innovative partnership development.
Prior to her current role, Noha served as the managing director of strategy and communications for the chief risk, reputation and regulatory affairs officer for Deloitte US. She oversaw leadership campaigns, enhanced external leadership eminence, and led media relations and communications with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging. She also oversaw reputational sensing for Deloitte, providing actionable intelligence and insights of emerging risk trends to Deloitte’s CEO and executive team.
A native of Cairo, Egypt, Noha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from American University in Cairo. Noha is a board member for the World Affairs Council, a non-profit, non-partisan organization.
Noha resides in Washington, DC, and is committed to giving back to her community through volunteering and pro bono efforts. She is passionate about fashion, travel and design.
Mr. Bouvard is Chief Insights Officer for Cumulus Media and Westwood One. Pierre develops media and marketing insights to support the firms 1300+ media sellers. He works with brands and agencies to craft targeting and measurement solutions.
Previously, Pierre was SVP of Sales for TiVo Research & Analytics where he led cross-media targeting and measurement engagements for Procter & Gamble, Comcast, Turner Broadcasting, and NBCU. As President of Sales for Arbitron Inc., Bouvard launched Arbitron's Portable People Meter (PPM) and created the out-of-home and custom research divisions.
Bouvard was also EVP at Coleman Insights, a leading radio industry market research and consulting firm. At Coleman, he helped launch the nation's first Hip Hop formats in Los Angeles and New York City and led the programming and marketing strategies of successful major market radio stations.
Mr. Bouvard has served on the boards of Adify and TRA Inc. and currently serves on the boards of the IRTS, a leading media charity in New York City and the Library of American Broadcasting. Pierre has advised a number venture funded companies. Mr. Bouvard currently advises Affinity Answers, a social media audience targeting solution, and Vadio, a digital music video application.

Steven Faigen is a partner and the Chief Marketing Officer for North America. He joined Mercer in 2006. Over the course of his career at Mercer, Steven has conceived and led a number of groundbreaking marketing programs that have helped to drive business growth, enhance client engagement and strengthen brand prestige.
Recent global campaigns include those involving pension and healthcare reform, talent strategy, business transformation, and employee engagement. All of the go-to- market initiatives relating to these topics are notable for employing leading edge interactive technology and sales channel innovation to reach Mercer’s client and prospects around the world. Steve’s view on the importance shaping thought leadership and product messaging to meet specific client needs led to the development of the Mercer Sales Support App briefcase.
Prior to joining Mercer, Steven was the senior director of marketing and business development for Tower Perrin's compensation, data and employee research businesses. He previously worked at Lehman Brothers for 10 years, including five years as a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Communications.
Steven started his career as a journalist, working in television news in New Orleans and New York. Steven holds a Master of International Affairs degree in journalism and economics from Columbia University and a BA from Tulane University.
Ian Wishingrad is an entrepreneur and award-winning creative director specializing in branding, advertising, social media and digital development. He is the founder and creative director of BigEyedWish whose clients include telecom giant AT&T, the NJ Devils, Dos Toros, FreshPet and many other businesses and brands. In 2015 he launched Nobituary.com, an anti-smoking web-app, with Oscar-winner and “The View,” co-host Whoopi Goldberg.
Prior to forming his own company, Wishingrad served as the Director of Creative Development at United Entertainment Group working on leading brands including P&G Beauty, Frito-Lay and General Mills. Before leading the creative department at UEG, Wishingrad served as the Sr. Manager of Creative Development at Vimeo. There he helped craft the Vimeo brand, established partnerships with Hollywood studios, and collaborated with the ad sales team to create custom campaigns for their advertisers. Before Vimeo, Wishingrad served as the youngest Senior Copywriter at TracyLocke. While there, he created the award-winning Wisk-it Facebook app, SoBe Skinsuit campaign, and “The Land of &” for Buffets Inc.
Wishingrad has won many accolades throughout his career including a Best in Show and Gold & Viral Promotion for the Wisk-it Facebook app. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and holds a Bachelors of Science in Television, Radio and Film. Wishingrad is a board member of the esteemed Newhouse Network.
When he is not working, Wishingrad enjoys discovering new cities, flavors and people with his wife. He currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
Jonathan has more than 25 years of executive experience in the marketing technology space, innovating and delivering affinity programs intended to drive consumer engagement, including work at McKinsey & Company for clients like 3M and Honeywell. He received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of Business and University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, and briefly attended Harvard Business School (the important thing is that he got in). His entrepreneurial career included the launch of the first for-profit membership organization geared to young families, a consulting firm that provided outsourced marketing services to mid-sized companies, and a product development company focusing the needs of niche consumer segments.
Russell Sherman is a partner at Prosek Partners, where he specializes in media strategy, financial communications, crisis management and branding. Prior to joining Prosek, he founded Sherman Strategic Communications LLC, a public relations, marketing and communications consulting firm.
From 1999-2008 Russell worked at The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. where he served as head of Corporate Public Relations. Working closely with Bear Stearns’ executive team, Russell helped develop the firm’s brand strategy and coordinate its media relations and crisis communications activities. In addition, he oversaw the communications efforts for Bear Stearns’ numerous business units.
Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Russell was a reporter and anchor for New York 1 News in New York City. He holds a BA from Colgate University.
Zvika Netter is a career-long entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in digital media and is the co-founder and CEO of Innovid—the world’s leading video marketing platform that empowers advertisers to create, deliver and measure video experiences on any device. Zvika leads the day-to-day operations and product innovation, focusing on strengthening the company’s industry position, strategic partnerships, business development and investor relations.

Most recently, Zvika was named as a 2016 SmartCEO Magazine Fast 50 CEO.

Boris is a founding member of Atmosphere Marketing Group (Atmosphere). A seasoned marketing and advertising executive with 17 years of domestic and international marketing and communication experience. Boris is responsible for all aspects of Atmosphere management, concentrating on new business and media.
Boris Co-Founded Gravity Media (Gravity) in 2009. An award winning full service ad agency. Boris oversaw Gravity’s media department, partnerships and developed new business for the agency. Prior to Gravity, Boris served as Vice-President of Project Development at Global Advertising Strategies (Global). He pursued partnerships with other agencies, new business and media opportunities, while managing strategic direction for several of Global’s key clients.
Boris’s 17 years of marketing and advertising experience include a variety of clients ranging from general marketing campaigns for T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Turkish Culture & Tourism Office, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, NBA, CenterLight HealthCare, to multicultural campaigns for Fidelis Health Care, Western Union, Northwestern Mutual, CIA, U.S. Army, IMF, DISH Network, IDT’s Boss Revolution, Caesars Entertainment, and many others.
Boris is a strategic thinker dedicated to growing market share and profitability by building strong brands through the development and execution of fully integrated, metric-driven marketing communication plans. Dave Freedman is the Director of Sales & Marketing for SailPlay, a custom loyalty and marketing automation software that utilizes gamification to increase customer engagement for omnichannel business. Along with leading the charge to grow the North American and International presence of SailPlay's brand and customer base, Dave Freedman is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL where he began his career in Multi-Media Advertising with the Orlando Weekly, an alt-Weekly. Most recently, Inna lead Integrated Marketing Communication for J&J’s Johnson’s Baby responsible for developing global marketing campaigns to drive J&J into the world of compelling, integrated, multi-format communications.
Prior, Inna lead Global Marketing at BabyCenter, where she developed successful marketing programs across BabyCenter’s 14 global markets. Her responsibilities included the creation and execution of strategic media and marketing solutions that leveraged BabyCenter’s leading content, social, email, video and mobile platforms. She also spearheaded BabyCenter’s industry-leading 21st Century Mom® insights programs across the US, Canada, European, Asian and Latin American markets to educate marketers on the habits and trends of modern motherhood.
Prior to BabyCenter, Inna was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia where she was responsible for leading Creative Services, Research and Marketing Communications to position MSLO as a cross-platform media leader. Previously, Inna was VP of Marketing at iVillage Networks leading cross-platform marketing solutions and rebranding efforts for the site.
Before joining iVillage, Inna spent nearly a decade at Time Warner, serving in a variety of marketing roles from publishing at Time Inc. to heading Solution Development for AOL.
Inna’s leadership and innovative approach to marketing have been recognized within the industry with numerous awards and honors. Inna holds a BA in English from Brooklyn College and lives in Long Island with her husband and three daughters.
RACHEL LEVI is a Recruiting Associate at AC Lion, New York City's premier digital media recruiting agency. Over the past 20 years, AC Lion has developed a strong reputation in the marketplace by helping the industries' best companies maintain their competitive edge by sourcing the best talent. Rachel brings five years’ experience in media and marketing, including two years with Viacom in content distribution and marketing. If you remember Pop Up Video - Rachel was a part of that! Prior to AC Lion, she was at Investing.com in Tel Aviv, where she was head of social media. Having been to over 30 countries, Rachel is extremely passionate and fascinated with foreign affairs and how it relates to the evolution of the digital media space. Rachel looks to use her varied knowledge to help AC Lion recruit in the digital media world.
Shahar moved to NYC from Tel Aviv in 2003 to pursue his advertising career. He currently serves as Senior Director, Head of Media for Group SJR- a Global WPP content agency that works with leading brands and organizations to tap, shape and share their unique and invaluable knowledge.
Prior to SJR, Shahar worked for Starcom MediaVest Group on various General Motors brands and for Universal McCann supporting Subaru of America, Nationwide Insurance and Lockheed Martin.
