Aditi Gokhale serves as the chief marketing officer for Northwestern Mutual, a Fortune 100 financial security company. She leads an enterprise-wide comprehensive marketing strategy, including brand positioning and advertising, partnerships and sponsorships, field marketing, digital marketing, content/social media, and client/product communications. She joined the organization in April 2016, as chief marketing officer of LearnVest and LearnVest@Work, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual, while also responsible for Northwestern Mutual’s consumer marketing. Aditi is also accountable for LearnVest and LearnVest@Work’s marketing, brand and communications strategy.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Gokhale served as the chief marketing officer for Shutterstock, a leading provider of digital imagery licensing. She also served in several senior marketing leadership roles at leading brands, including Nutrisystem; IgoUgo (a subsidiary of Travelocity); co-founder and chief marketing officer at iQuanti, Inc. (a digital marketing firm); and American Express.
Aditi received her MBA in general management and marketing from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Her bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics is also from MIT.
As Interbrand’s Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Sullivan runs the Client Services group and spearheads Interbrand's worldwide thought leadership, including the Best Global Brands and Breakthrough Brands reports. Over the course of her 15-year tenure, Andrea has been instrumental in growing the brands and businesses of both Interbrand and its valued client partners.
Andrea is the co-founder of Interbrand’s Corporate Citizenship practice, which she established in 2009 hosting conferences at Harvard and Yale on the topic. She is a founding partner of ONE HUNDRED, an Omnicom agency dedicated to the modern non-profit recently awarded a prestigious D&AD “Impact Pencil” award in the “Industry Evolution” category. Andrea is a professor in the Masters in Branding program at the School of Visual Arts, a board member of the Miami Ad School and is a member of the CMO Roundtable.

Andrew Blecher was appointed Chief Communications Officer in June, 2017. Prior to this role, Blecher served as SVP Corporate Communications and Public Relations, an appointment that coincided with the April 2016 establishment of a new Corporate Communications and Public Relations division, comprising Corporate Communications, Banner Public Relations, Global Communications and Internal Communications for HBC.
Blecher began his career at Saks Fifth Avenue nearly 15 years ago. He left for four years to assume a leadership role at an outside PR agency, where HBC was his lead client. He was then hired by HBC in 2014, following the acquisition of Saks, as SVP of PR and Events, a role he held from 2014 to 2016.
In his current role, Blecher is responsible for corporate communications for HBC, and brand communications for HBC banners globally, along with responsibility for the HBC Foundations in the U.S. & Canada.
Mr. Blecher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University.
Barbara Martin Coppola serves as chief marketing officer of Grubhub. With 18 years of technology marketing experience spanning more than nine countries, Barbara is responsible for growing brand affinity and driving user adoption. Prior to Grubhub, Barbara spent seven years at Google, holding leadership positions in the U.S. and France for Google Express, YouTube and Chromecast. She also previously worked for Samsung in South Korea and Texas Instruments in the U.S., Finland, Germany and Japan.
Barbara holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, a master’s degree in mobile communications from E.N.S.T, and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Barbara studied classical piano alongside engineering while an undergraduate student, which helped provide balance to her curriculum. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
Bob Pascal, as Chief Marketing Officer of Centerplate, combines creative strategy and an energetic, hands-on approach to drive the company and the industry for better fan experiences and impressive business returns for clients.
In his current role, he oversees the company’s global client strategy, marketing, business development and corporate public relations efforts. He is an ardent believer in the power of hospitality to drive the business success of sports, convention and entertainment facilities.
Pascal joined Centerplate in 2004, having spent 10 years in marketing positions in the consumer packaged goods and financial services industries—bringing a statistical, consumer-
facing background that he has drawn upon to transform the way the sports and entertainment hospitality industry does business. Pascal has conducted extensive research into guest attitudes, perceptions and behavior to develop successful hospitality strategies that build brands, foster loyalty and generate incremental sales.
Under his direction, the Centerplate brand has grown from a leader in North America to a global hospitality design company, expanding into the United Kingdom with the re-branding of key acquisitions, and gaining clients in Spain for the design and consulting of the new stadiums for La Liga clubs Atlético de Madrid and powerhouse FC Barçelona.
He has been a key figure in developing the company’s growth through strategic and innovative hospitality concepts at North America’s most recognizable venues and gatherings. Noteworthy projects include the transformation of concourse spaces at Seattle’s Safeco Field for Major League Baseball’s Seattle Mariners; the successful creation of a new restaurant concept for Saks Fifth Avenue; and several key account wins, including Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers and host to Super Bowl 50.
Active in several professional and civic organizations, Pascal is a recognized resource regarding trends in the event industry; he is frequently called upon for trade and mainstream media stories as well as speaking engagements at industry and academic conferences. Pascal was also named to Sports Business Journal’s “Forty under 40” list, which recognizes the best and brightest rising stars in the industry.
He holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College.
Cindy Leggett-Flynn leads global communications and corporate marketing for AIG, a leading global insurance company. In this role, she oversees external communications, internal communications and corporate marketing.
Prior to joining AIG, she was a partner with Brunswick Group, an international communications advisory firm. During her 16 years with Brunswick, she advised global companies on a wide range of issues, including corporate reputation, crisis, M&A, activism, restructurings, employee engagement and change management. She joined the firm in New York in 2000, and later served as Managing Partner, Greater China, helping to grow Brunswick’s offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. She started her career in London and is a graduate of Cambridge University.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Paoletta served as a Marketing Director at a top ten national accounting provider and as Chief Marketing Officer for a top 50 regional accounting firm. In addition, Ms. Paoletta has held progressive marketing roles at several Fortune 500 companies. She is based in Marks Paneth’s New York City headquarters and resides in Manhattan.
As head of global marketing communications and industry relations, Eric (@ericmedge) drives the strategy for the Pinterest for business brand and leads Pinterest’s presence in the marketing and advertising industry globally. Before joining Pinterest, Eric was an early member of the Instagram business team, where he led brand strategy across several categories. Prior to Instagram, Eric was the head of marketing for Facebook in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He got his start in the agency world, serving as global chief communications officer of Havas Worldwide and VP of global communications at FCB. Eric is currently pinning tiny houses, beach escapes and summer food ideas.
Jackson Jeyanayagam is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Boxed.com, leading all marketing efforts for the fast-growing e-commerce start-up. Previously, Jackson was Head of Digital for Chipotle responsible for leading all digital marketing efforts including mobile, content, social media, CRM and analytics.
In his prior role, Jackson was SVP, Digital Strategy at Taylor where he built and oversaw the digital marketing practice group and supported a number of brands including Diageo, P&G, Nestle, Jordan Brand, NASCAR, Starwood, 3M and Capital One. Before Taylor, Jackson was a Director at Citizen Paine where he led social media integration and influencer marketing for Old Spice as well as Dentyne, working closely with each brand team and their collective agencies to create and implement through the line campaigns.
Jackson started his career at Waggener Edstrom working with clients such as Microsoft and T-Mobile. Personally, Jackson serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Oregon Alumni Association as well as the Arts & Business Council of New York. He is also on the Advisory Board for Dynamic Signal and DriverMiles.
Jeff serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Yext, the digital knowledge management leader, where he recently co-authored the ebook The Everywhere Brand. Jeff previously served as Vice President of Marketing Insights for Salesforce and ExactTarget, and his first book, AUDIENCE: Marketing in the Age of Subscribers, Fans and Followers (Wiley 2014), has been lauded by marketers and executives alike as a must-read for those interested in the rise of proprietary audience development as a core marketing responsibility. A Clevelander now working in the heart of Manhattan, he relishes the fact that he lived to witness the Cavs win a championship. He holds out no such hope for the Browns.
Jennifer Risi is the Worldwide Chief Communications Officer for Ogilvy. At Ogilvy, Risi has two key responsibilities – leading all communications and serving as a key spokesperson for the Ogilvy enterprise while also working with clients – serving as a senior client advisor as head of Ogilvy Media Influence.
Risi is a seasoned communications executive with more than 15 years of experience in strategic global media relations, CEO positioning and crisis communications. As part of her current role, Risi is leading the communications strategy for Ogilvy’s Next Chapter transformation under WW Chairman and CEO John Seifert. She is also an expert in nation branding – having led award-winning global campaigns with Mexico, Colombia, and USA -- securing record tourism, FDI and job creation for all. Most recently, Risi helped to win new contracts with the countries of Gabon and Indonesia.
Other recent highlights include work with Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Climate Summit for Local Leaders at COP21, unveiling the new Suez Canal and handling the IPO of Citizens Financial Group, to name a few. Risi was named 2016 PR News Top Woman in PR and has won multiple awards including most recently, 2015 SABRE Multimarket Campaign of the Year for Brand USA, 2014 SABRE Multimarket Campaign of the Year for government of Colombia and Two 2012 Gold SABREs and was a 2013 Cannes finalist for the government of Mexico. Risi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College, Columbia University. She has served on the Advisory Council for LitWorld, a children’s literacy advocacy group, and has served as a senior media relations advisor to Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, Executive Director of UN Women.
Josh London is the Chief Marketing Officer for IDG, the leading global tech media, data and marketing services company. He directs the worldwide corporate marketing organization and the company’s go-to-market strategy to enhance the customer experience at all touch points. London is a member of IDG’s executive team and is based in New York City.
Before joining IDG, London was the founder and managing partner of Salt Island Ventures, a marketing and management consultancy providing services to select startups and established digital, media and entertainment clients. Previously, as COO of SX2 Media Labs, London transformed Computer Shopper magazine from a print-only publication to a 100% digital property, which was then acquired by Ziff Davis and Great Hill Partners.

Josh Machiz is the Chief Digital Officer of Nasdaq is responsible for managing corporate marketing and all of the digital content created for the Nasdaq social media channels, as well as experiential marketing and social media activations at Nasdaq MarketSite. In this role, Mr. Machiz is responsible for the IPO day social experiences and social advertising for new and established Nasdaq companies.
Previously, Mr. Machiz was the Chief Business Officer for Frucher LLC, a consulting firm performing duties for Nasdaq and the State of New York. Josh joined Nasdaq in 2013, and has 10+ years of marketing and consulting experience. In addition to this experience, he serves as a board member of GMHC.
Josh holds an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from McGill University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Fordham University.
Lauren is executive vice president and chief marketing officer at CA Technologies, a market leader in enterprise software. She joined CA in August 2013, after two consecutive CMO roles with Juniper Networks
and Nortel Networks, and a 25-year marketing career at IBM where she held executive roles for over a decade. In addition to her role at CA, Lauren serves on the Board of Directors for Xactly Corporation, a market leader in SaaS-based tools for enterprise sales performance management and effectiveness.

She’s also led the development of CA’s first integrated operating model for demand and opportunity management across sales and marketing. This work enables CA to measure market demand on a global basis, use analytics to gain insight on customer buying patterns, assess program ROI and sales conversion.

Linda Orton is the Global CMO of Alvarez & Marsal, a 3000-person, global consulting firm with 50 offices and is based in NY. She built 2 successful firms, Intelligent Marketing Solutions, Inc., in 1997, focusing on marketing consulting and recruiting and, in 2005, Intuition Financial Placement, LLP with a partner whose background was in Equity Finance.
Since 1987, she has written hundreds of articles about marketing, social media, recruitment and career development and given over 250 presentations on a variety of Marketing, Career, Recruitment and Social Media Topics in the US and Europe. She has recently presented to Chapman and Cutler’s Women in Finance event on The Branding 100™ and at the GroPro2020 Conference on Targeted Digital Marketing.
She graduated from The University of Chicago in 1987. She is a past leader of the Legal Marketing Association, the Accounting Marketing Association, YPO, UJA, The University of Chicago Alumni Association in NY and a number of non-profits. She has two teens, lives in Westchester and gets excited from paddle tennis, macro nature photography, hiking, writing and storytelling.
Margaret Magnarelli is the managing editor for content and senior director of marketing at Monster, the leading global platform for connecting jobs and people. She oversees a B2B and B2C content, and a team of seven creatives who produce daily content aimed at helping people find jobs and employers find talent. Her team was awarded Best Content Program in the 2016 Content Marketing Awards from the Content Marketing Institute, and she was a finalist for Content Marketer of the Year; they also won Best Online Newsroom from PR Daily in 2017, and were finalists for 2016 Best In-House Content Studio award from Digiday. She’s presented for Content Marketing World, a past ANA event, SXSW, The Content Marketing Conference and PR News. Previously, Margaret served as executive editor at Money magazine and Money.com, and has been an editor at Good Housekeeping and Seventeen magazines. Matt Preschern is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for HCL Technologies - a 7 billion USD multinational IT services company with operations in 32 countries. Matt leads all global marketing functions for HCL Technologies - including business development, strategic marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications to drive demand, growth, and value. Under Matt’s leadership, HCL Technologies has been acknowledged on how its brand drives the business model with Brand Finance recognizing HCL as The Fastest Growing IT Services Brand in 2017, as well as for excellence across marketing platforms receiving more than 100 global awards. My 25 years of diverse experience includes the spectrum of Insurance & Employee Benefits, Healthcare, Risk Management, Group & Corporate Business, and Government. I have held positions of Sales & General Manager with Metlife, Senior VP with American Healthcare Providers, Managing Director for AON Worksite Solutions, and Senior VP with Marsh and TATA AIG. I have been with the TATA group for ten years, including five years with TCS. An alumni of the Tata Group Executive Leadership program at the Ross School of Business, I have a Masters in International Relations from India and a Masters in International Business from the Patterson School of Diplomacy & International Commerce at University of Kentucky.
As Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Medidata, Simon oversees Medidata’s overall marketing strategy, including product marketing, corporate communications, digital, marketing operations and demand generation across all regions.
In his 20 years in the tech space, Simon has held a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles. Prior to Medidata, Simon worked for Rackspace, where he served as VP of global marketing, leading the development of its “managed cloud” positioning and go-to-market – ultimately creating a new category in the cloud market. Previously, Simon spent eight years with Microsoft, where he led central marketing & communications organizations in France and in Asia, and was most recently head of partner sales and marketing for the Asia-Pacific region. During his tenure, Simon built scalable and programmatic marketing engines to deliver a seamless customer and partner experience across 12 markets. Earlier in his career, he also worked for HP and Orange Business Services.
As a result of his innovative efforts, Simon was recently honored with the BMA 2017 Award for the B2B Corporate Marketer of the Year. He holds an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France.
Stacy Simpson joined Genpact in September 2016 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. In this role, she is leading the global marketing function with a focus on further strengthening the company’s marketing strategy and brand awareness to drive growth. She brings to Genpact more than 20 years of marketing, branding, and communications expertise.
Stacy joined Genpact from Publicis.Sapient, the world’s most advanced digital transformation platform, where she most recently served as global head of marketing and communications. In this capacity, she oversaw global marketing and communications strategy for the platform, leading a global, integrated marketing team in creating and executing strategies that drove demand for services and awareness for the firm’s brand. Prior to joining Sapient, she was the senior vice president of global communications and brand marketing for IAC, a leading multimedia company, where she led the brand marketing and communications functions for IAC and its more than 50 consumer internet and media brands. She has also held senior positions at IBM and in public relations, media relations and strategic communications in Washington, DC. Based in the Boston area, Stacy graduated from Syracuse University with bachelor’s degrees in broadcast journalism and public policy.
Sudeep Arya serves as Director of E-commerce Development at David Yurman, the iconic luxury jewelry brand. He oversees all website development, some UX, UI and digital marketing activities for DavidYurman.com. In his prior roles Sudeep oversaw e-commerce development for global fashion brands including katespade.com, CalvinKlein.com and TommyHillfiger.com where he instilled cutting-edge digital customer personalization. Sudeep started his career building from the ground-up a beauty b2b and b2c custom e-commerce platform which was later sold to a large beauty retailer.
Tony Branda is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Embrace Home Loans where he is building out at team of data scientists, quantitative marketers and CRM experts to transform the company to a Digital and Omni Channel Mortgage and Lending Originations Strategy. Previously he was the CEO of CustomerIntelligence.net (owned by Black Belt Digital) since January 2016, a full-service Marketing and Analytics consulting firm. Previously, he was Head of Consumer and Small Business Decision Management for Citibank North America from May 2012 to December 2015. In this role, Mr. Branda oversaw retail and mortgage analytics center of excellence, staffed by 100 marketing and analytics professionals in North America and India. Some of the functions he managed included: customer and competitive intelligence, CRM, advanced analytics, customer experience and database marketing. Previously, Mr. Branda was the Chief Marketing Officer for Advance Publications Inc. from August 2011 to April 2012. Advance Publications Inc. is the Third Largest Publishing Conglomerate in the World and includes subsidiaries Conde Nast, Advance Newspapers, among others. In this role, Mr. Branda was the CMO for all digital and print strategic data-driven marketing for newspaper and business publications divisions; he Built marketing intelligence center of excellence and established database/direct marketing and CRM capabilities for enterprise. Previously, he was SVP, Head of Consumer Finance Business Intelligence, for The Royal Bank of Scotland America/Citizens Financial Group from 2006 to 2010. In this role, Mr. Branda was part of the Executive Management Committee responsible for policy and governance for all Consumer Finance Information Management ($40B), Database Marketing, Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights. Mr. Branda is an Adjunct Professor of Integrated Marketing at New York University since October 2015 and Adjunct MBA Professor of Digital Marketing and Customer Intelligence at Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business since March 2011.
David Yarus is the founder of mllnnl, a millennial marketing agency that helps global brands and non-profits understand and engage the modern consumer. David is also the founder of JSwipe, the world's largest and fastest-growing Jewish dating app, with more than 1 million users across 70 countries - acquired by Spark Networks in 2015. He is passionate about human connection, millennial empowerment, and all things #future. Previously, David was the general manager of Mr Youth, where he ran the youth marketing for brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Spotify. David spends his free time thinking about Facebook ad strategy, studying consumer behavior, and exploring the interplay of presence and hustle.
Kargo's Chief Marketing Officer, Ed Romaine, is a proven sales development and branded content executive with over 14 years of experience overseeing the development of advertising solutions across digital, mobile, video, experiential and print platforms. Jen loves telling tech stories, without the geek-speak. As SVP of Marketing Communications at Innovid, she oversees the company’s global integrated marketing and communications efforts. Prior to Innovid, Jen spent more than two decades at Qualcomm, Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Intel, where she drove key strategic partnerships, developed integrated marketing campaigns with mobile operator and OEM partners, and led the execution of advertising, sponsorship, OEM partnership marketing and experiential marketing. Jen is also a member of the Forbes Community Council.
Jonathan has more than 25 years of executive experience in the marketing technology space, innovating and delivering affinity programs intended to drive consumer engagement, including work at McKinsey & Company for clients like 3M and Honeywell. He received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of Business and University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, and briefly attended Harvard Business School (the important thing is that he got in). His entrepreneurial career included the launch of the first for-profit membership organization geared to young families, a consulting firm that provided outsourced marketing services to mid-sized companies, and a product development company focusing the needs of niche consumer segments.
Mindy Rubinstein is an award-winning public relations executive with experience in both client and agency environments. Her experience includes work in corporate branding, reputation management, M&A communications, issues management and employee communications.
Today, as Ketchum’s Chief Communications Officer and a member of the firm’s 19-person Global Leadership Council, Mindy oversees the firm’s worldwide communications including public relations, marketing, branding and advertising. She also has responsibility for the firm’s CSR program, which she helped create.
Prior to Ketchum, she worked at Pfizer/Warner-Lambert in communications and pharmaceutical sales. She played a key role in developing and coordinating public relations programs in support of prescription drugs and consumer brands such as Lipitor, Listerine and Sudafed. She was a member of the communications team during the Warner-Lambert acquisition. She began her career with two of the public relations industry’s most respected agencies.

Shachar Orren is the Chief Storyteller at Playbuzz. Working from the company's NYC headquarters, Shachar is serving as Playbuzz’s evangelist, in charge of empowering the company's partners to achieve storytelling greatness, and heading up both the content and brand marketing efforts.
