Amanda Greenberg is the Sr. Director of eCommerce and Digital for Ferrara Candy Company, one of the nation’s largest and most innovative candy manufacturers, with powerhouse brands such as Black Forest Organic, Trolli, Now & Later, Lemonheads and Red Hots.
Prior to joining Ferrara, Amanda was the Head of eCommerce for KIND. Amanda has a diversified background, having worked for Philips, Croscill, Experian Cheetahmail and the Orlando Magic, holding roles of increasing responsibility in e-Commerce, sales, marketing, business strategy and supply chain.
Within eCommerce, Amanda has deep experience in both the direct to consumer and in working strategically with eCommerce retail customers. Amanda has also managed all aspects of digital marketing, including launching and managing websites, and all forms of acquisition marketing.
Amanda earned her BA from George Washington University and her MBA from the University of Central Florida.
David is a passionate leader and strategic brand builder with proven experience in omni-channel marketing. Prior to Rite Aid, David held senior marketing positions with Top 100 retailers including Michaels and Office Depot. He is a results oriented executive and customer advocate who continuously seeks out new and improved ways in which to exceed expectations, enhance brand loyalty and drive incremental sales and profits.

Tim is responsible for driving Tyson Foods online sales and share through visionary leadership, operational execution, business strategy development, and outstanding collaboration with trading partners and agencies. Tim is leading eCommerce through the development of new capabilities and new business models across Tyson’s Retail and Foodservice businesses.
Tim began his career at Procter & Gamble in 1997 as a Sales Account Manager. Throughout his 17 years at P&G, his experience included key customer account management, including Walmart and Sam’s Club, headquarter market strategy and planning, brand management, and eCommerce. In 2009, he established the P&G eCommerce relationship with Walmart, earning three Supplier of the Year awards from Walmart.
Tim joined SC Johnson & Son in May 2014, as the Director of eCommerce, North America, and a year later expanded responsibility as the Director of Global eCommerce. Tim was responsible for developing the eCommerce strategies, capabilities and infrastructure across the entire portfolio of SCJ products and markets. In August 2016, Tim joined Tyson Foods as the Vice President of eCommerce.
Tim holds a BS from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. He resides in Winnetka, IL.
Matt Berman has been in Ad Tech for the entirety of his 10 year career. He is currently the Director of Programmatic Strategy and Partnerships at BounceX. BounceX is the leader in behavioral people-based marketing, empowering marketers to drive on-site revenue through their various products. Prior to joining BounceX, Matt spent 4.5 years at Criteo in a similar role running their Global Partnerships. Matt has worked at a variety of companies ranging from startups, publishers, and DSPs at industry leaders such as OutBrain and Hearst.
Mitchell Reichgut is the CEO and co-founder of Jun Group. Prior to founding Jun Group in 2005, Mitchell led Bates Interactive, the online unit of Bates Worldwide Advertising, now owned by WPP. As General Manager/Creative Director, Mitchell helped grow Bates Interactive into a 70-person integrated unit, with clients such as EDS, Moet & Chandon, and Warner-Lambert. Before joining Bates, Mitchell served as Creative Director at Think New Ideas.
Mitchell began his career as an Art Director at Grey Advertising where he created print and television advertisements for clients. Throughout his career, he’s worked with major brands across industries, including Procter & Gamble, Parker Brothers, Budweiser, Rockport, Reebok, and Sony.
