Dafne is the VP of Consumer Strategy and Insights for Anheuser-Busch, world’s largest brewer and one of the most iconic America’s companies. Anheuser-Busch is home to Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob ULTRA, Stella Artois, and a number of regional and craft brands.
Dafne started her career at AB in 2013 leading global Digital Media capabilities. Her passion for understanding culture and consumer behavior led her to combine portfolio strategy and consumer insights, pioneering a company transformation to a truly consumer centric, more innovative and agile organization.
Since last year AB was able to raise to the top of Forbes Most Innovative alcohol companies in 2018 and become #1 in the industry in total share of social conversations.
Heather Bergstein leads e-commerce strategy and initiatives for Remy Cointreau USA. She is focused on driving the e-commerce business across LOUIS XIII, Remy Martin and the RC portfolio through strategic partnerships, pureplayer and retailer.com channels and new business development. As an industry expert, Heather also serves on the Advisory Board of Lapine Associates, a consumer engagement agency, is a frequent industry speaker and holds a philanthropic board position with DMF Youth, a NYC non-profit servind at-irsk, underserved youth.
Shannon is a creative, strategic, and analytical leader with over 15 years of experience in building brands, engaging consumers, and inspiring teams. With a proven track record in creating and executing winning marketing programs, she can bring any brand vision to life, while delivering real business results.
As Global VP of Brand Social at GoDaddy, Shannon focuses on building industry-leading programs that drive meaningful engagement and excite audiences. Previously, she served as Sr. Director of Social and Influencer Marketing at Group Nine Media, Head of Social in the Hearst network at iCrossing, and Social Director on the Land Rover business at Wunderman, following an eight-year tenure at Microsoft. Prior to her Marketing experience, Shannon was an AP English teacher.
Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of Washington.
Margaret Molloy is Global Chief Marketing Officer at the renowned branding firm, Siegel+Gale & Creator of WearingIrish. A native of Ireland and a Harvard Business School graduate, she is regarded as one of the most influential global marketing leaders and consistently appears on top CMO lists, including
Forbes’ top CMOs on Twitter. Margaret has received many accolades, including: Overseas Business Woman of the Year 2017 by Image magazine; 2017 Marketer of the Year by The Drum; Top 50 Power Women and Top 100 Irish Americans in Business in 2016 and 2017 by Irish America; and the 2018 Creativity and Arts awards in Fashion and Design by Irish Central. A strategic marketer, she is a sought- after speaker and has published articles in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company and beyond.
Margaret created #WearingIrish in March 2016 as a passion project to showcase Irish fashion designers. Acclaimed by the iconic Women’s Wear Daily, WearingIrish is now a movement online and offline with a live event program which hosted 10 winning Irish designers in New York City. Margaret is the curator of the program. Margaret brings a potent blend of grace, gravitas, and grit to everything she touches.
