Aditi Javeri Gokhale is chief marketing officer and executive officer at Northwestern Mutual, the largest US provider of life insurance and manager of more than $265 billion in assets. She is overseeing a client transformation to help people achieve financial security. Through data-driven creative and a high-impact marketing strategy, she aims to differentiate the Northwestern Mutual brand and its products in the marketplace, while deepening client engagement.
She joined Northwestern Mutual in April 2016, as chief marketing officer of LearnVest, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual, while also responsible for Northwestern Mutual’s consumer digital marketing. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Gokhale served as the chief marketing officer for Shutterstock, a leading provider of digital imagery licensing. She also served in several senior marketing leadership roles at leading brands, including Nutrisystem; Travelocity; and American Express.
A passionate advocate for challenging the status quo, Aditi is a member of the Marketing 50 and The Wall Street Journal CMO Council. She was recently recognized by Forbes as one of the “top 50 CMOs who are redefining the top marketing role and driving its evolution.” She is a sought-after speaker and is frequently quoted as a marketing trendsetter in publications such as Adweek, Digiday, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal.
Aditi received her MBA in management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She also received her Bachelor of Science degree from MIT, majoring in management science and minoring in economics.
Aditi lives in New York with her husband Sameer and their son.
Lisa Schneider is Chief Digital Officer & Publisher at Merriam-Webster, where she leads digital strategy and execution across content and product development, user experience, and technology. She has redefined the dictionary for the digital age through a combination
of technology upgrades and content/social strategy, changing people’s perception of the brand from a “dusty book on the shelf” to a timely, relevant resource and commentary users turn to every day. Under her leadership, Merriam-Webster has won numerous awards,
and she was recently featured on the AdAge Creativity 50 and the Folio: Top Women in Media lists.
Previously, Lisa held executive roles in digital strategy and product development at Penton, Budget Travel, Reader’s Digest, and Bridal Guide.
Matt Preschern is the chief marketing officer for Forcepoint. He brings more than 25 years of experience to his role leading the company’s global marketing organization including brand, digital, solutions and platform marketing, demand and revenue marketing, MarTech and communications. Previously, Preschern was senior vice president for demand and performance marketing at CA Technologies where he led global channel marketing as well as development and execution of global, regional and partner marketing programs across all businesses. He also served as the Global CMO of HCL Technologies where he led efforts to increase HCL’s brand recognition as a digital solutions, IT services and technology consulting company and supported its multi-year, double-digit revenue growth. Prior roles included Enterprise CMO of Windstream Communications and numerous vice president roles at IBM. Preschern earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has been named among the top 20 most influential CMOs by Forbes.
As Founding Partner and Chief Strategist of Ready Set Rocket, Alex oversees innovation and digital strategy for brands like AAA, American Museum of Natural History, Carnegie Hall, the NBA, Seagram's Gin, Sweetgreen, and Univision. Outside the office, he is an adjunct professor of Digital Strategy at NYU and Baruch College.
