Andrea Zaretsky is Senior Vice President, Marketing at Toys “R” Us, responsible for Loyalty, CRM, Insights & Analytics at the company. In her current role, she is focused on building customer engagement strategies for both the Babies R Us and Toys R Us brands. Prior to joining Toys “R” Us in June 2017, Andrea was Vice President, Customer Marketing, at American Express. During her tenure at American Express, she held a variety of leadership positions in Marketing, Digital, Product Management and Partnerships. Andrea has a MBA from Columbia
University and a BA from Tufts University. She serves as a Trustee on the board of Marketing
EDGE, the only national non-profit of its kind committed to introducing college students to the
thriving business of marketing.
Corinne Sklar leads the global marketing organization at Bluewolf, which includes digital marketing services. She is responsible for global brand awareness, corporate marketing strategy, client relations, and executive management. Corinne’s creativity, deep understanding of digital marketing, marketing technology and customer experience innovation has delivered solutions to thousands of customers across the globe.
Corinne launched the award-winning corporate initiative, #GoingSocial, that dramatically increased internal and external global collaboration. She is a frequent contributor to the Guardian UK and has been recognized by CRN, Direct Marketing News as an industry leader. As a founding member of The Women Innovators Network, a global network that celebrates and supports female leaders who are driving business success, she is active in entrepreneurship and programs to encourage women's leadership in Silicon Valley.
Before joining Bluewolf in 2006, she produced profitable marketing campaigns that touched virtually every house in America. Corinne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Intermedia Arts from Mills College in California. She lives in San Francisco.
Guilherme Lebelson leads the global eCommerce organization for AB Inbev. Through its Growth Division, ZX Ventures, Lebelson and his team have developed the Company's digital footprint in over 20 countries across several digital platforms: A variety of owned eStores like Beer Hawk, Saveur-Bière, Hopt, Emporio da Cerveja, Beerhouse, BevyBar, Casa de la Cerveza and WeChat Stores for brands like Budweiser, Corona and Harbin; Innovative 60 minutes cold beer delivery Couriers like Zé Delivery and Pepe Delivery; Category development and partnerships with every major pure-play and brick-n-click eRetailers all over the world. ZX Ventures also holds investment in a few other digital startups in the Data, Digital Marketing and eCommerce areas where Lebelson also serves as Board Member for some of them.
Prior to this role, Lebelson held several senior leadership positions in AB Inbev developing extensive experience on sales, trade marketing, logistics, strategy and revenue management.
Lebelson is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and currently lives in New York City with his wife Alessandra. He has his MBA in Business Management from Business School Sao Paulo and his Bachelor’s in Business Finances from Ibmec, along with Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications.
Jillian is currently the Director of eCommerce Media and Merchandising at Tommy Hilfiger. She oversees digital marketing, acquisition and retention channels, website analytics, promotional planning, and online merchandising. After graduating from Duke in 2007, she spent 5 years in online media and advertising technology at Conde Nast, Turner Broadcasting, and Daily Beast before attending business school at NYU Stern. During grad school, she interned at Amazon and Chanel and consulted for the Council of Fashion Designers of America and L2. After graduating from Stern in 2014, Jillian worked in global omni-channel marketing at Tiffany & Company before taking her current role. In her spare time, she runs a volunteer program at a community center in Harlem with children.
Michelle Frank is a 10+ year veteran in the e-commerce space. She began her career working with iconic fashion brands in North America, including Bloomingdale’s, Louis Vuitton, and Nine West, in roles focused mostly on e-commerce marketing channels. In 2013, Michelle expanded her horizons globally and joined HARMAN, a division of Samsung as the Director of Global E-Commerce, managing their lifestyle consumer audio brands JBL, Harman Kardon, Infinity, AKG, and Harman Audio. At HARMAN, she is in charge of the Demandware platform, global expansion as well as managing all third-party relationships. To date Michelle has helped Harman launch 55 ecommerce sites and 50+ content sites in 28 countries, supporting 19 languages
Kara Brennan is a Sales Manager for Innovid in New York City. She started her career at Zenith Media on the Verizon National Broadcast team. She then moved over to Innovid as an Account Manager in October of 2015. She has spent the last 2+ years working with both agencies and brands to help drive superior results within the video advertising space. Kara is a resident of New York City and active member of the New York Road Runners club.
Kris Mobayeni is the Head of Conversion Strategy at BounceX, the leader in cloud-based behavioral marketing and the fastest growing software company in America. BounceX’s Behavioral Marketing Cloud™ specializes in device-level user identification on previously anonymous high-intent visitors, enabling organizations to market more effectively through both on- and off-site channels.
At BounceX, Kris runs the strategy team that eliminates friction points for enterprise brands and develops high-impact strategies for their digital properties across a variety of industries, including: e-commerce, publishing, and travel. Prior to joining BounceX, Kris was part of the omni-channel brand experience team in Reebok’s Global Marketing Division and is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.Sc. in Business Administration. When he's not generating revenue for Fortune 500 companies he spends his days as a tortured Washington Capitals fan.
