Tracy Margolies is Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks, where she oversees the merchandising strategy and initiatives across Saks, the ecommerce company, and Saks Fifth Avenue stores. Prior to being appointed to this role when Saks became a standalone ecommerce company in March 2021, she was Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue as of May 2015. Previously, Tracy was Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager for women’s footwear at Saks Fifth Avenue. She began her career in fashion at Bergdorf Goodman. In 2022, Women’s Wear Daily honored Tracy on its list of the 50 Most Powerful Women. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University Maryland.

Louisa Rechter Takacs is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, alongside Alessandra Perez-Rubio, of the beloved women’s apparel and lifestyle brand, Mestiza New York. After the duo graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2009, Louisa got her kickstart in fashion at the contemporary fashion label, MILLY, then moved on to become a global merchant for Women’s luxury apparel and textiles at Coach. Launched in 2015, Mestiza has been recognized by prestigious publications such as Forbes, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, and is often spotted on the red carpet among the likes of Ashley Graham, Kate Walsh, Joey King and more.
