Danielle Naftali is the Director of Marketing and Design for Naftali Group. In her role,
she leads the company’s marketing, sales, design, and product development for its
multi-billion-dollar portfolio of high-end residential and multi-family properties in
Manhattan and Brooklyn. Throughout her career, Danielle has played an instrumental
role in the planning and development of some of the most notable addresses while
overseeing a comprehensive array of initiatives from pre-development to completion.
Danielle’s keen attention to detail and passion for design has played a primary role in
uniting the world’s most celebrated designers and architects, top sales and leasing
teams, and partnerships to create and execute partnerships and collaborations that are
singularly memorable and enduring.
Danielle holds a B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University and an M.S. in Real
Estate Development from New York University.
Gregory Kalikow, Vice President, is the fourth generation in his family’s real estate business. Mr. Kalikow graduated Washington University in St. Louis in 2007, graduated Hofstra Law School in 2010, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011. Mr. Kalikow has been working with The Kalikow Group since 2003 on the overseeing and management of his families’ real estate holdings. Additionally, Mr. Kalikow has helped provide his company with legal expertise in order to develop rental, single family, and condominium units as well as shopping centers in various projects both in and outside of New York. Mr. Kalikow is an active member of the Real Estate Division of the United Jewish Association (UJA), a supporter of Young Jewish Professionals (YJP), as well as a member of the Shalva fundraising committee.
Ian Ross founded SomeraRoad Inc. in 2016 to take an entrepreneurial and
creative approach to value-add, opportunistic real estate in growing secondary
Previously, Ian was a Managing Director at Triangle Capital Group, a firm he
helped develop shortly after its inception. At Triangle, Ian managed the
Acquisitions and Asset Management units, focusing on the purchase of real
estate, non-performing loans, and securitized mortgage products, as well as the
conception and execution of value-add business plans.
Prior to joining Triangle, Ian spent two years working as an analyst for Jefferies &
Company in its Investment Banking Division where he focused on raising both
debt and equity, for financial services and real estate companies. Ian initially
began his professional career working on Morgan Stanley's CMBS origination and securitization platform.
Ian received an MBA from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of
Business and graduated with honors from Emory University with a Bachelors in
Ian is the Founder and Chairman of The Asperger's Awareness Council, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2009 that strives to raise awareness and
funding for high-functioning forms of Autism.
Jeanne Casey is a Principal at MetaProp, the leading early-stage real estate technology ("proptech") venture capital firm. Jeanne leads new investments into compelling proptech startups, and works closely with MetaProp's portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives.
Jeanne has significant experience making early-stage, late-stage, and growth equity investments into companies spanning many technology verticals and geographies. Prior to joining MetaProp, Jeanne was a founding team member of Digital Alpha, a private equity firm with a strategic collaboration agreement with Cisco, where she made investments across smart cities, IoT, and next-generation networks. Her previous role was with Cisco, where she helped to develop, refine, and launch the Digital Alpha concept. Jeanne started her career at Morgan Stanley where she was a member of the Principal Strategic Investments team, a captive venture capital and growth equity platform making FinTech investments. Jeanne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
Join us for our fourth installment of the Networking Hive. An event that offers a platform for young Jewish professionals to connect and networking digitally.
The format is simple. All participants are welcomed to the main event where we will discuss the rules and format. Followed by this introduction all participants are divided at random into 4 breakout rooms.
There will be 3 sessions of breakout rooms each lasting 20 minutes ad with a general topic or question to start the conversation guided by our hosts.
After the breakout sessions, we will all come back to the main screen where each of the hosts will briefly discuss the takeaways.
