David is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ronin Equity Partners.
Before he formed Ronin, David was the Head of the Transformation Office at Diversey, the second largest industrial cleaning business in the world, joining the team as part of its purchase by Bain Capital. There, he oversaw the value creation of the transaction in cost management, organizational excellence, and cash flow optimization. Prior to Diversey, David led the Transformation Office at NCR Corporation, a provider of hardware, software, and technology services to the financial sector, coming on board through Blackstone’s investment in the business. David’s time at NCR was preceded by his tenure leading Global Zero-Based Budgeting, Capital Investment, and Working Capital at Heinz and Kraft Heinz as part of 3G Capital and Berkshire Hathaway’s purchase of these businesses. He was instrumental in the Kraft integration and Heinz transformation, delivering $2.0 billion in cost savings during his time there.
David previously worked at Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs, and began his career at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank in the Merger & Acquisitions and Natural Resources groups.
David graduated salutatorian and summa cum laude from Bentley University with a B.A. in Corporate Finance & Accounting. He continues to serve as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, senior executives, private equity firms and investors on the topic of zero-based budgeting and business transformation in the areas of finance, IT, HR organizational design and commercial pricing.
Michael A. Teplitsky is an active member of The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). He previously served as a member of the Executive Committee of the JFNA’s Board of Trustees and served as Chair of JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet. Michael is also an active leader of The Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago (JUF), where he served as campaign chair for the Young Leadership Division and was a recipient of the JUF’s Young Leadership Award. He is a graduate of the Wexner Heritage Program.
Professionally, Michael is a Partner at Wynnchurch Capital, L.P., a $5.7 billion private equity investment firm that specializes in recapitalizations, growth capital, management buyouts, corporate carve-outs, and restructurings. Michael began his career at UBS Investment Bank in New York.
Mr. Teplitsky holds a B.A., with honors, from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management, where he completed the Kellogg Board Fellows Program, a two-year intensive training program in nonprofit board governance. He is a director of the Voice of Chicago and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.
A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, Michael was a refusenik in the Soviet Union during the 1980s and immigrated to the United States in 1990.
He has been a Jewish Agency Board Member since July 2019.
Peter is a Managing Director responsible for analyzing the economic and financial environment for private equity markets and examining the implications for AlpInvest Partners’ strategic asset allocation. He joined the firm in 2005 from Royal Dutch Shell, where he was Group Chief Economist. Previously, he was Chief Economist and Director of the World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Program. Prior to that, he was head of international economic research at Deutsche Bank and a senior economist with the International Monetary Fund. Peter studied at the London School of Economics and the University of Göttingen where he received his doctorate in Economics. He has been a visiting professor at Leuven Gent Vlerick Management School and a visiting scholar at Harvard University. He is the author of International Investments in Private Equity (Elsevier, 2011) and a co-author of Mastering Illiquidity (Wiley, 2013).
Alberty Chcoury serves as a partner for Broadstreet, Inc and has been in the financial industry for more than 12 years. Chcoury started his career in the financial industry joining a hedge fund at the young age of 18 years old becoming a registered financial advisor.Through his career, he has experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, private client banking and investment banking.

Mr. Adelson works with public and private companies of all sizes and industries in need of valuation services. He is a seasoned and trusted advisor to the C-suite, and an experienced operator and entrepreneur.
Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Adelson held the position of managing director at Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC and worked at KPMG LLP. Most recently, Adelson was founder & CEO of Adelson Strategies, a global business development and strategy firm and co-founded Trio Media Ventures, with responsibility for strategy and business development.
He earned an LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law and received his juris doctor degree from New England School of Law. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from Ithaca College.
Steve Zaorski is a partner in the asset management group who leads private fund formations for prominent private equity sponsors. Steve has more than a decade of experience helping clients with fundraising across a range of strategies, including funds-of-funds, and buyout, real estate, growth equity, secondary, credit and distressed funds. He also advises on secondary transactions, funds-of-one and separately managed accounts, primary fund investments, and co-investment vehicles.
Steve enjoys working with clients as disparate as a global financial firm launching its ninth flagship fund and a new asset manager launching its first. His advice spans the full life cycle of a fund, from structuring and formation to ongoing operations and advice about investments. Clients appreciate Steve’s calm and measured demeanor when managing complex fund launches and rely on him for his judgment and responsiveness.
For years, Steve has taken on pro bono work for veterans, participating in the New York City Veterans Alliance Program.
