Real Estate Design 101 with John Usdan (3 Part Series)
The Intersection of Design & Value is a 3-part workshop series taught by John Usdan, CEO of Midwood Investment & Development. Each session will be joined—in addition to John—by an industry colleague and expert in their particular field (guest speakers to be announced in advance).
The value of a building is determined both by the economy in which it is located and its own economic useful life. Understanding how form and function impact the intrinsic value that is created or dissipated over a buildings economic life is essential to understanding real estate investment and development.
