Ward Fitzgerald is Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managing Principal of Exeter Property Group, an international real estate equity fund investment group and real estate development and operating company with offices in 32 locations in the US, Europe, Asia, Brazil, and Mexico. During his leadership of the firm, founded in 2006, the organization has raised over 20 investment vehicles totaling over $15 billion in equity capital representing pension, sovereign wealth, endowment, insurance, and foundation partners from around the globe that have consummated in over 1,000 real estate transactions in the warehouse/logistics and office/life sience sectors totaling in excess of $25 billion.
Prior to Exeter, Ward worked as part of the senior management team at Rouse/Liberty Property Trust a $7 billion publicity traded office and industrial REIT, which he helped take public in 1994. In addition to his business endeavors, Ward has served on the Board of Trustees for LaSalle College High School and holds Board and/or Advisory positions with Jefferson Hospital, The Ehlers Danlos Society, The Papal Foundation, National Centre for Padre Pio and currently sits on the Business Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame.
Ward holds an MBA from Harvard Business School ('89) and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame ('85).

Ari Davis is a Partner in Tannenbaum Helpern's Real Estate, Construction and Environmental Law practice. He concentrates in enabling commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing and financing. Ari has counseled a diverse set of clients, from family-owned businesses and single member limited liability companies to Fortune 500 companies. He negotiates retail and office leases and subleases on behalf of landlords and tenants for spaces ranging from small offices to entire industrial buildings. Ari frequently works with developer clients that sell and purchase multifamily developments, shopping centers and office buildings throughout the U.S., and he represents lenders and borrowers in various loan structures.
