Join us for our next installment of the Networking Hive: Real Estate Edition. An event that offers a platform for young Jewish professionals to connect and networking digitally, as we bring together individuals primarily focused in the markets of, or located in, Miami, & NYC.
The format is simple. All participants are welcomed to the main event where we will discuss the rules and format. Followed by this introduction all participants are divided at random into 3 breakout rooms, guided by hosts:
- Ari Bittel, Terranova
- Gabriel Rosen, RFR
- Daniel Lederman, Manhattan Skyline
There will be 3 sessions of breakout rooms each lasting 15 minutes ad with a general topic or question to start the conversation guided by our hosts.
After the breakout sessions, we will all come back to the main screen where each of the hosts will briefly discuss the takeaways.

Ari Bittel is the Managing Director at Terranova Corporation. He joined the firm in 2020, bringing acquisition, financing, and asset management experience. Ari focuses his efforts on building and overseeing the investment management activities as well as working on the firm’s corporate development and strategy. Ari leads Terranova’s national and international growth strategies focusing on multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use real estate investments alongside private equity ventures. Before moving back to Miami, Ari was at New York based Innovo Property Group where he was responsible for the underwriting and execution of the firm’s acquisition, financing, and asset management endeavors totaling over $500 million. Previously, he was part of the investment management team at Rialto Capital in New York City, where he was responsible for analyzing over a billion dollars in debt and equity investments. Ari served in the United States Peace Corps stationed in the Dominican Republic within the Appropriate Technologies Division. A graduate of Bowdoin College, Ari lives in Miami and enjoys spending time with his family, heat games, and exploring the natural and built worlds.
Daniel Lederman is a Vice-President at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. As a third-generation real estate executive, his role includes acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting and financings.
Mr. Lederman‘s experience includes real estate investment sales brokerage, construction, property management, and development. On the brokerage side, he most notably was one of the brokers who worked on a successful $690 million multi-family portfolio sale. On the construction side, he has worked on such projects as Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, 55 Thompson, a luxury rental property in SoHo, and 205 East 59th Street, a luxury condominium project on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Mr. Lederman is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is an active member of UJA’s REX Committee, Supporter of ADL, REBNY member.
Gaby Rosen is a key member of RFR where he is involved in all facets of RFR’s vertically integrated businesses. His focus at RFR is primarily sourcing, evaluating, analyzing and executing potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing commercial real estate investments, including direct property acquisitions, loan investments and note acquisitions.
Most recently, Mr. Rosen actively participated in the acquisition of the iconic Chrysler Building, 477 Madison Avenue, 301 Battery Street, and 522 Fifth Avenue.
Mr. Rosen attended The George Washington University from 2012 until 2016 before earning his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Mr. Rosen graduated from the Schack Institute of Real Estate cum laude while simultaneously kick starting his career working in construction management as an assistant project manager at Tristar Construction. During his two years at Tristar, Mr. Rosen worked directly with owners, architects, contractors and subcontractors to oversee and facilitate the successful construction of several brand new luxury office interior build outs in Manhattan.
