Mr. Westreich established Monday Properties in 2004 when he acquired 100 percent of Max Capital Management Corp. and its 4-million-square-foot portfolio. Mr. Westreich had served as a 50 percent partner and president of Max Capital, overseeing all asset management, property management, construction management, leasing and development prior to his establishing Monday Properties.
Mr. Westreich was previously a partner in Westfield Realty, Inc., one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate ownership firms, for five years. During this period he was responsible for the firm’s development, management and construction initiatives, and ultimately managed the company’s operations, overseeing approximately 4 million square feet of office space in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
While at Westfield, Mr. Westreich formed a joint venture with Eakin/Youngentob Associates, a leading Washington, D.C. homebuilder, which has since developed more than 5,000 homes in 25 townhouse and condominium communities in partnership with Westfield.
Under Mr. Westreich’s leadership, Monday Properties has completed over 60 property transactions representing $13 billion in capital value and 28 million square feet, and has leased over 10 million square feet of office space.
Monday Properties owns over 3 million square feet of office properties in Rosslyn, VA making it the largest landlord in that submarket. Those assets include many notable buildings including 1000/1100 Wilson, 1812 North Moore Street and 1101 Wilson Boulevard. The company maintains its headquarters at 65 East 55th Street in Manhattan, but also has offices at 1000 Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, Virginia.
Monday Properties is guided by a long-term, buy-and-hold policy, aimed at building for the future through its assets and through its relationships with partners, financial institutions, tenants and with the industry as a whole. The company seeks to secure the finest properties for the company’s portfolio and commits completely to these assets, attracting top talent in the industry to maintain and advance its assets and relationships.
Mr. Westreich serves on the board of the Grand Central Partnership and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Westreich is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. In addition, Mr. Westreich is actively involved in many charitable causes such as WIZO, AIPAC, Lincoln Center, RETT, Mt. Sinai Hospital and many others.
Mr. Klein is a Partner of Crescent Heights® and is Managing Principal of CH Capital Management Business. Mr. Klein is a graduate of The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He is an active member and conference speaker for the National Multifamily Housing Council. He has been responsible for over $5 Billion in development across the US and UK. Mr. Klein is also actively involved in numerous philanthropic activities. He is a board member of the Mount Sinai Hospital, Samaritans NYC and of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle. He and his wife, Loren reside in NYC with their children, Raya and Harris.
Daniel J. Moore is President and CEO of Rockefeller Group. He leads the company’s strategy and business initiatives and oversees the strategic direction and growth of the company’s office, residential and mixed-use development portfolio throughout the United States. He joined the company in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Head of Urban Development.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Moore spent 16 years with Hines Interests in various positions of increasing authority in New York, Connecticut and Washington, D.C. During his tenure at Hines, his responsibilities included office and residential development, capital markets, investment management as well as marketing and leasing.
Mr. Moore holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to attending graduate school, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.
Francis Greenburger is the founder, chairman, chief executive officer and guiding force behind Time Equities, Inc. Founded in 1966, Time Equities, Inc. (TEI) has been in the real estate investment, development and asset & property management business for more than 50 years. TEI currently holds in its own portfolio approximately 31.1 million square feet of residential, industrial, office and retail property – including more than 4,000 multi-family apartment units. In addition, TEI is in various stages of development and pre-development of constructing approximately 1.4 million square feet of various property types which includes at least 1,447 residential units. With properties in 30 states, five Canadian provinces, Germany, the Netherlands, and Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, the TEI portfolio benefits from a diversity of property types, sizes and markets. There are concentrations in the Northeast, Southwest, Midwest and West Coast, and new markets are always being evaluated.
Mr. Greenburger is well known throughout the real estate industry for his ability to anticipate real estate trends and changing market conditions. TEI was a market leader in the cooperative conversion business in New York City, having converted over 100 buildings including over 10,000 units. More recently, TEI took the lead in the conversion of obsolete office buildings into residential apartments in New York’s Wall Street area. Building on our expertise in new residential construction and re-positioning, TEI is currently working on or has recently completed several development projects in Downtown Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, Jersey City, NJ, Seattle, Washington, Chicago, Illinois and Toronto, Canada. Taking advantage of under-recognized opportunities has been the hallmark of the TEI strategy and a major component of its success.
Mr. Greenburger also has a passion for the arts. He is the founder and principal benefactor of Omi International Arts Center, a 27 year-old not-for-profit arts colony and educational center which hosts residency programs for visual artists, writers, dancers, musicians, and architects from all over the world; as well as a renowned sculpture park which is open to the public on a 300-acre property in Ghent, New York just south of Albany. Mr. Greenburger himself is an art collector (his office is a virtual gallery) and he owns over 500 contemporary paintings and sculptures. He was awarded the insignia of chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters by the French government because of his commitment to the arts and his founding of the Omi International Arts Center.
In addition, Mr. Greenburger is the Chairman of S.J. Greenburger Associates, Inc., a literary agency founded by his father 86 years ago, representing many world renowned and best selling authors including Dan Brown, Brad Thor, Daniel Amen, Patrick Rothfuss, Robin Preiss Glasser, and Rosemary Wells.
Most recently, Mr. Greenburger founded the Greenburger Center for Social and Criminal Justice, which advocates for reforms to the criminal justice system.
Mr. Greenburger is also a very active board member of several not-for-profit organizations: Alliance for Downtown New York, Baruch Real Estate Advisory Board for the Department of Real Estate, Lavigny Writer’s Residency, Lincoln Center – Real Estate and Construction Council, Little Red Schoolhouse/Elizabeth Irwin High School Board of Trustees, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, MASS MoCA (contemporary art museum), Michael Wolk Heart Foundation, NYU Real Estate Institute Advisory Board, Omi International Arts Center, Inc., Sports and Arts In Schools Foundation, and the Zicklin School of Business Dean’s Council at Baruch College.
Mr. Greenburger graduated from Baruch College in 1974 with a degree in Public Administration. In addition to real estate and the arts, Mr. Greenburger is an avid tennis player. He resides in Manhattan with his wife Isabelle Autones and children Morgan, Noah, Julia and Claire.
Abe Schlisselfeld, CPA, EA, is the Co-Partner-in-Charge of the Real Estate Group at Marks Paneth LLP. With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Mr. Schlisselfeld’s concentration lies in the real estate industry, where he advises commercial and residential real estate owners, real estate management firms and REITs (real estate investment trusts) on all facets of accounting and taxation. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Marks Paneth, which sets policy and strategy for the firm.
Mr. Schlisselfeld can frequently be found speaking at industry events such as IMN conferences and AREAA seminars. In addition to his deep expertise and understanding of the latest trends and issues in real estate, he has extensive knowledge of multistate taxation, tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and business-entity structuring.
After beginning his career at a small local accounting firm, Mr. Schlisselfeld joined Marks Shron & Company, a predecessor of today's firm, in 1996. Steadily growing his business and presence in the firm, he now leads of one of the oldest and largest practice groups at Marks Paneth.
Mr. Herskowitz is an investor in Lee NYC and was instrumental in its
organization and the recruitment of its commercial real estate professionals.
Prior to joining Lee NYC, Mr. Herskowitz served as president and CEO of
Grubb & Ellis New York, Inc., an international publicly-traded commercial
real estate firm. While at Grubb & Ellis he was recognized as one of the
three Grubb & Ellis national executives for his outstanding achievements in EBIT, recruiting, retention, and return on revenues.
Mr. Herskowitz came to Grubb & Ellis in 2001 from Newmark Grubb Knight
Frank (formerly Newmark & Company), where he was Executive Managing
Director in charge of its brokerage divisions nationwide.
Over the course of his 29-year real estate career, Mr. Herskowitz has
developed and lead numerous high-yield sales teams. He has also
personally been involved in brokerage transactions with an aggregate value of over $1 billion.
Before entering the commercial real estate sector, Mr. Herskowitz began his career on Wall Street, where he last served as a Vice President and
Stockbroker at Bear Stearns.

Ari Roth is an Asset Manager at Sundance Real Estate Advisors.
He is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio and for sourcing new investment opportunities with an emphasis in conventional multifamily, student housing, office/medical office and industrial properties throughout the country.
Daniel Gluck is an Investment Director with Infinity Real Estate, responsible for the development, execution and oversight of the company’s value-add businesses strategy for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets located in NYC and the outer boroughs, Miami and Philadelphia. Daniel’s responsibilities span the full life cycle of the assets, including acquisitions, ground up development, redevelopment, leasing, financing and dispositions. Daniel grew up in Miami Beach and currently resides in Cedarhust, NY with his wife and three children.
David B. Halberstein is an associate in Moses & Singer's Real Estate practice group.
He focuses his practice on the representation of clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of real estate assets, including retail shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, warehouse/industrial properties and mixed-use properties.
Mr. Halberstein is actively involved in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and supports a variety of other civic and professional organizations.
Evan Katzin is a Vice President in the Real Estate Investments Group at AllianceBernstein. Evan is currently focused on high-yield credit opportunities for the $5B+ private equity fund. Prior to AllianceBernstein, Evan spent two years in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division.
As a Vice President of Kushner, Isaac oversees all day to day operations of Kushner’s commercial/retail portfolio. This includes day to day property management, long term asset planning, capital improvements and leasing.
Jared Kassoff is an Associate Account Executive at KeyBanc Capital Markets, focusing on national coverage of REIT institutional equity investors. Concurrently, he is studying to earn a Masters in Real Estate Finance at Fordham University. Before KeyBanc, he worked in Commercial Real Estate at Buchbinder & Warren as a Commercial Leasing and Investment Sales Associate.
Jared is based in New York City. He enjoys sports and continues to support his alma mater’s Syracuse basketball.
A native of Roslyn, NY, Jason Abrishami spent much of his free time while growing up exploring the neighborhoods of New York City and Brooklyn. Earning a degree in business management & finance from Brooklyn College, he was nominated for Forbes' list of college students to watch.
Initially Jason put his skills to work running his own talent management company and assisting his father’s growing medical practice. Subsequent work with a digital marketing agency allowed him to hone his media relations, professional networking and customer service skills, in addition
to focusing on reaching targeted demographics.
Coming from a family of real estate investors, Jason was encouraged to explore a career in the industry and subsequently joined Keller Williams, one of the world’s largest real estate. He entered the company's broker program, during which he conceived and created a website, www.nycsalesandrentals.com, that continues to generate substantial traffic and clients.
Looking for new challenges and a broader understanding of the business, Jason joined Rise BK, a Brooklyn-based property management company, where he focused on leasing administration. Using social media, online advertising and customized marketing materials that he developed, Jason completed 78 transactions within his first year and a half, generating more
than $23 million for the company.
Eager to enter the world of real estate sales, Jason joined Douglas Elliman in 2017. Based out of the company's Fort Greene office in Brooklyn, he currently serves the Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods he has come to know so well. Jason’s primary focus is on client satisfaction and providing the best return on investment in the business. Energetic, engaged and skilled at communication, outreach and website design, Jason’s creativity and broad range of tech-savvy experience give him the ability to tap new channels to market properties and support his clients through every step of the process.
Jessica brings together her Chinese language skills, branding background, and talent for networking to create an optimal cross-cultural marketing experience for her clients at home and abroad. Sellers benefit from her impressive network of clients and her ability to market internationally and across languages. Buyers benefit from her intimate knowledge of Manhattan real estate. She has a Master’s Degree in Translation from NYU, and international clients find her especially well equipped to handle cross-cultural nuances vital to buying property in New York.
Jessica was born into a family of real estate brokers in New York and strategically set about to build a real estate business as a cross-language professional. Since graduating magna cum laude from University of Pittsburgh in May 2011 with a dual degree in Chinese Studies and Communications Rhetoric, Jessica has continued to hone both her Mandarin and her communications skills in order to serve the growing Chinese demand for New York City real estate.
Jessica began her career in advertising helping CO-OP Branding develop their Chinese market. Her strategic planning ensured that the company’s American-Chinese joint ventures ran smoothly. Jessica spent three years working for a Chinese footwear manufacturing company, Golden Pacific LXJ, working her way up from an executive assistant to an account manager. She devised solutions to cross-cultural communication problems and was the liaison to Chinese clients visiting the States. Developing a creative and methodical approach to business development and learning pre-emptive problem solving techniques proved to be invaluable experience for a career in real estate. Jessica further improved her marketing capabilities while working in public relations for a Chinese designer, LANYU Couture, where she was in charge of developing a social media strategy. She maintains a focus on writing and social media in her real estate business.
Jessica writes in her spare time as well. She founded Chinese Grafitti, a blog about fashion trends in China and is an editor for Temper Magazine. She is also an avid traveler.
Jonathan Pascheles is an Acquisition Associate at Standard Companies. At Standard Jonathan focuses on opportunistic investments throughout the United States, with a concentration on Affordable and Low Income Housing. Prior to joining Standard Companies, Jonathan served as a Financial Associate at Kushner Real Estate Group where he helped source, negotiate, and execute over $800 million worth of transactions, including purchase money mortgages, structured refinancing, equity participation transactions, and secured and unsecured lines of credit. Additionally, Jonathan holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Standard Companies was founded in 2008 as a private, real estate investment firm primarily to acquire undervalued multifamily properties. The firm has completed more than $1.4BB in real estate transactions and acquired approximately 10,000 units which consists of a mix of conventional and affordable housing properties in its focus markets of New York, Southern California, San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, and Washington DC metro areas.
