As Vice President of Organizational Operations, Meghan works at the intersection of people and business leading strategic operational and organizational design projects across Zillow. She oversees Flexible Work & Workplace Experience, Product & Program Operations, People Product, People Analytics, Employee Service, and Total Rewards. Meghan and her team are spearheading Zillow’s transition to a flexible workplace and distributed workforce that embraces remote work and flexible schedules.
Prior to joining Zillow, Meghan spent seven years in product and program management roles at Amazon. During her time at Amazon, she was the single-threaded leader of the first Prime Day and served as the Technical Advisor to Amazon’s CHRO.
Meghan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
