Eric is a Founding Partner of Sinai Ventures. Prior to Sinai Ventures, Eric has been an investor with Israel’s largest venture capital firm, Pitango, as well as Insight Venture Partners, a $16 billion software and internet investor based in New York City. As an operator, Eric served as Head of Corporate Development at Dynamic Yield, leading strategic partnerships, channel sales, and fundraising. Most recently, he worked as Head of Strategy at Newell Brands, a $16 billion consumer products conglomerate, within the XO division, focusing on IoT and digital innovation.
Fabrice Grinda is among the world’s leading Internet entrepreneurs and investors. He has over 100 exits on 400 angel investments. Before OLX, Fabrice was co-founder and CEO of Zingy, one of the largest wireless media companies in the Americas. Fabrice successfully grew the business to $200 million in sales in four years.
Fabrice started his entrepreneurial journey in 1998, at 23, when he co-founded and was CEO of Aucland. Soon after, Aucland grew into one of the largest auction sites in Europe.
Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Fabrice worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company.
Fabrice holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1996, and was awarded the Halbert White prize, given to the most distinguished economics student, as well as The Wolfe Balleisen memorial prize, awarded for best thesis.

Dr. Ilyayev Received his training from NY Methodist Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in Manhattan. He is in the forefront of continuing education, always looking for new medical breakthroughs to help his patients.
Dr. Ilyayev started his HouseCall MD practice right after completing his residency. He realized that there were elderly homebound patients who have not seen a doctor in years. He also realized that by seeing these patients in their home, this would decrease the rate of hospitalizations thereby doing his role in decreasing our national healthcare related costs.

Guy has over 15 years of business development and corporate development experience in the B2B technology and services space. He started his business journey in Ernst & Youg, where he joined the strategic consulting practice. Guy then became a partner at TASC Strategy and Capital – a leading strategic consulting firm in EMEA, operated in association with Bain & Company, leading its growth into new markets and practices, as the youngest ever partner in the company.
Guy was a venture partner in Moneta a FinTech VC funds, and a mentor in a startups accelerator focused on B2B technologies. Guy co-founded, invested and led Business Development and Corporate Development activities, for a portfolio of B2B growth companies in the US and Europe, among others for: Generali, Willful Capital, NICE, and most recently Innovid - a leading CTV advertising platform.
Guy served as an officer in the Israeli Air-Force, and he is a co-founder at "Metaktekot" - a social venture connecting talents from remote and underprivileged communities, with the vibrant tech market, providing remote administrative and sales development services to growth companies. He and his family are living in Brooklyn, NY.
Shaune Scutellaro, CPA, is a senior manager at CohnReznick with eleven years of diversified public accounting experience and a member of the Firm’s Technology and Life Sciences Industry Practice and National Tax Practice. He has a background in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and compliance, including multi-state and international companies.
A licensed CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Shaune has an abundance of experience working in the technology and life sciences industry. In addition to general accounting, Shaune’s experience in working with small start-up entrepreneurs includes setting up accounting methods, standards and procedures, state registration, and employment issues. Shaune has also worked closely with public entities and large public affiliated corporate groups, providing services that include partnership tax and ASC 740 work.
Shaune has a great amount of knowledge and experience in both inbound and outbound international tax issues. In addition to providing US tax consulting and compliance services for multi-national corporations and partnerships, he has worked on nearly 20 submissions to the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, which have included procedures for nonresident US citizens. His experience includes navigating and interpreting a number of US tax treaties; reporting on foreign investment for US residents; and completing any necessary compliance for US citizens living abroad, US resident aliens, and nonresident aliens with US taxable income and FACTA reporting requirements.

Sam Seder, an associate on the Applied Value VenCap team, recently transitioned over from the management consulting business at Applied Value. Sam previously worked to build two different startups in Israel winning the $1M prize from Verizon at CES as the “best education app of 2014” as well as the 2014 SXSW Accelerator Competition for “best social app.” Additionally, Sam has worked spent time working for three different California VC firms on both seed and growth stage deals. Sam grew up in Berkeley, CA before earning a degree from Dartmouth College. He currently splits his time between the global Applied Value offices in New York, Stockholm and Shanghai.
