Brian Hirsch is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Tribeca Venture Partners and has been a venture capitalist for over 20 years. Prior to starting Tribeca Venture Partners in 2011, Brian was a founder and Managing Director of the venture arm of Greenhill & Co (NYSE: GHL). Prior to Greenhill, Brian was a Principal at Sterling Partners and a Vice President at ABN AMRO's venture fund. Brian his BA in economics and American studies from Brandeis University.
Brian has invested across a broad number of sectors during his career including fintech, edtech, martech, SaaS, marketplaces and healthcare tech. Brian currently manages TVP's investments in ACV Auctions, AiCure, AlphaSense, CommonBond, Cuebiq, Lendio, Mighty, Ozobot, ShopKeep, Suzy, Thinkful, Truveris and Visibly.
As a Partner at Venrock in New York, David focuses on early stage venture investing in
consumer and enterprise tech companies with a recent focus on robotics, crypto and consumer
products. His active investments include Dstillery, Smartling, YouNow, Misty Robotics, Amino
Apps and Dapper Labs. He led both the Series A and Series B rounds in Dollar Shave Club and
sat on the board until that company was acquired by Unilever for $1B in July of 2016. He served
on the Board of Crunchyroll (acquired by The Chernin Group) and led Venrock’s investment in
Klout which was acquired by Lithium Technologies. In April 2017, he was named the 55 th top
venture capitalist in the world by CB Insights.
Previously, Pakman was the CEO of eMusic, the world’s leading digital retailer of independent
music, second only to iTunes in number of downloads sold. Pakman transformed the business
from an obscure also-ran with 50,000 subscribers to the second largest digital music retailer in
the world, with more than 400,000 subscribers, $68M in revenue and more than 12% market
Prior to joining eMusic, Pakman was Co-Founder and President of Business Development and
Public Policy at Myplay, Inc., the company he co-founded in 1999 in Redwood City, CA that
introduced the “digital music locker” and pioneered the locker category. In 2001, Myplay was sold
to Bertelsmann’s ecommerce Group. Before Myplay, he was Vice President at N2K
Entertainment, which created the first digital music download service. He also was the co-creator
of Apple’s Music Group and a product manager at Apple.
Pakman is a graduate of and a former member of the Board of Overseers at University of
Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science with a degree in Computer Science
Engineering and is an avid musician and songwriter. He testified in front of Congress regarding
internet music streaming in 2012, 2016 and 2017. He also served on the Board of POTS, a
human services non-profit in the Bronx helping low-income families and is a Trustee of St. Luke’s
School in Connecticut.

Gary joined Morgan Stanley in 2005. Previously Gary worked in venture capital for eight years at SCP Private Equity Partners, an $850 million venture fund sponsored by Safeguard Scientifics, where he led investments in a number of information technology companies, most recently serving as Senior Vice President.
Prior to business school, Gary worked four years in London and New York in a financial sponsors group at Charterhouse Bank Limited, a leading European provider of equity capital to management buy-outs.
Gary has served on the boards of a number of stock and options exchanges, market infrastructure and financial technology companies, including BATS Global Markets, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Symphony Communications, Visible Alpha, SR Labs, Enfusion, Auerbach Grayson, BIDS Trading, the Markets.com, in many cases serving on strategy and compensation committees. He has also served as a Deacon at the Reformed Church of Bronxville.
Gary earned a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Columbia College in 1990, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Columbia Business School in 1996, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.
Jonathan Schultz has the distinction of having initiated and closed billions of dollars in leasing and commercial real estate sales and acquisitions. Along with CoFounder John Saraceno, he built Onyx Equities into one of the largest, most diversified and active real estate investment, management, and property service organizations. Under Jonathan’s leadership, Onyx has grown to provide services that include asset management, construction management, property management, and leasing. Jonathan also led the effort to build Onyx’s Receivership/REO Services platform, which now manages millions of square feet across hundreds of properties and is one of the largest platforms of its kind in the tri-state area. Today, his responsibilities include leading investor capital-raising initiatives, strategic planning, portfolio management, business development, and overall investment strategy as an officer of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Jonathan is passionately committed to helping the real estate industry grow through the use of technology. Under his leadership, Onyx has embraced innovations that few other real estate companies have adopted. Due to his advanced knowledge and expertise, Jonathan is seen as a thought leader in tech within the real estate sector. Asael ("Az") Meir, CPA, is a partner at CohnReznick and leads the Firm's National Technology Industry Practice from our New York offices. With more than 15 years of experience in providing assurance and financial reporting services, Az developed expertise in serving technology and digital media companies. With deep industry specialization in SaaS, AI, data analytics and Cybersecurity he can provide solutions to his clients' complex needs. He works closely with business owners and management teams of both privately held and publicly listed companies who are seeking guidance regarding acquisitions, divestitures, and capital formation transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Az worked in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States, enabling him to provide unique and global business insights to his clients. His private industry experience included multiple international consulting assignments and a management position for a start-up telecommunications company, where he re-engineered finance operations to establish companywide internal controls over financial reporting.
