A native of Roslyn, NY, Jason Abrishami spent much of his free time while growing up exploring the neighborhoods of New York City and Brooklyn. Earning a degree in business management & finance from Brooklyn College, he was nominated for Forbes' list of college students to watch. Initially Jason put his skills to work running his own talent management company and assisting his father’s growing medical practice. Subsequent work with a digital marketing agency allowed him to hone his media relations, professional networking and customer service skills, in addition to focusing on reaching targeted demographics. Coming from a family of real estate investors, Jason was encouraged to explore a career in the industry and subsequently joined Keller Williams, one of the world’s largest real estate brokerages. He entered the company's broker program, during which he conceived and created a website, www.nycsalesandrentals.com, that continues to generate substantial traffic and clients. Looking for new challenges and a broader understanding of the business, Jason joined Rise BK, a Brooklyn-based property management company, where he focused on leasing administration. Using social media, online advertising and customized marketing materials that he developed, Jason completed 78 transactions within his first year and a half, generating more than $23 million for the company. Eager to enter the world of real estate sales, Jason joined Douglas Elliman in 2017. Based out of the company's Fort Greene office in Brooklyn, he currently serves the Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods he has come to know so well. Jason’s primary focus is on client satisfaction and providing the best return on investment in the business. Energetic, engaged and skilled at communication, outreach and website design, Jason’s creativity and broad range of tech-savvy experience give him the ability to tap new channels to market properties and support his clients through every step of the process.
During his three decades as one of the leaders in Brooklyn's real estate revolution, Jerry Minsky has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across the borough. Recognized as one of the top producers in Brooklyn, he has consistently earned industry accolades and awards, and is often sought out by the media for his real estate expertise. But perhaps his most notable achievement has been helping position downtown Brooklyn as a world-class living destination. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jerry earned his Bachelor's degree from Pace and a Masters from Baruch before starting his career as an educator. In 1989, he became interested in Brooklyn’s magnificent historic architecture, then largely forgotten and neglected outside of a few districts. Purchasing a brownstone in Fort Greene, he began to read everything he could on the history of the borough, which further sparked his interest in real estate. Convinced that the seeds of the neighborhood’s rejuvenation lay in Fort Greene’s architecture and network of urban amenities, which included one of the largest transport hubs in the city and numerous cultural and educational institutions, Jerry began working for a small brokerage in Fort Greene. He then joined The Corcoran Group's Park Slope office in 1997, eventually spearheading the launch of that firm's Fort Greene office. Then in 2008 he joined Douglas Elliman, the largest brokerage in the New York Metropolitan area. Jerry's clients have praised his dedication, focus, and tenacity. His roots run deep throughout the borough, and so do his connections in the real estate market. He has built a strong reputation for fairness, honesty, and integrity along with an unparalleled knowledge of downtown Brooklyn's most desirable neighborhoods. His ability to continually evolve with the changing times, just like the borough he loves, has helped him remain one of Brooklyn's most successful real estate professionals year after year.
