Andrew Weinreich is a social networking pioneer, serial entrepreneur, and an active presence in NYC’s Silicon Alley for 2 decades. He is the founder of 7 tech startups, including sixdegrees, the world’s first social network, and has been awarded 2 software patents. Other startups include Xtify (sold to IBM) and MeetMoi (sold to Match). Andrew is the co-founder and Chairman of data analytics startup Indicative; the founder of startup launchpad Andrew’s Roadmaps; and an an advisor and investor in a number of other startups. He leads Predicting Our Future, a podcast about the next revolutions in technology where he interviews leading entrepreneurs to predict massive opportunities for startup founders to change the world.
Geoff Judge is a Partner at iNovia Capital as well as an angel investor in several early stage companies. He works actively with his investments on business strategy and business development.
Geoff was an investor in IndustryBrains (sold to Marchex Nasdaq: MCHX), an investor and on the board of Songza (sold to Google), on the board of Fetchback (sold to GSI), on the board of Oggifinogi (sold to Collective) an investor and on the board of Chango (sold to Rubicon Project) and today works actively with Collective, Spanfeller Media, Domino, Madison Logic, Bombora, Pex, WorkFusion, Lenddo, RouteHappy, Resonate, 33Across, Accordant, PageScience, and Everi (NYSE: EVRI)
Mr. Judge was SVP & General Manager of the Media Division at 24/7 Real Media, and a co-founder of the company. He was formerly the President of Interactive Imaginations, one of three companies that merged to form 24/7 Media in 1997. 24/7 Media went public in August 1998 and was acquired by WPP in 2007 for $649MM. Mr. Judge spent nine years at American Express in the Card Division in several roles including VP and General Manager, Travel & Corporate Insurance Group.
Mr. Judge received an M.B.A. from the Columbia Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. He is a founding board member of Children for Children and has been a Trustee for the Sacred Heart School in Manhattan.

Justin is an analyst at Cornerstone Venture Partners, where he's responsible for sourcing new opportunities and leading the due diligence process. He covers and writes about the world of data, with a specific focus on Machine Learning / AI. Before joining Cornerstone, Justin was part of the consulting leadership team at TAMID, worked at OurCrowd, and spent time at a coffee startup in NYC. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a major in Data Science.
Mitchell Kleinhandler is a Venture Partner and Advisor at Scout Ventures, LLC, an early stage technology venture capital fund located in New York City. He is also an investor and advisor to startups and has extensive expertise in the financing, development, and management of early stage companies across diverse industry verticals.
Prior to Scout Mitchell was a serial entrepreneur with a record of success as a founding partner and senior level executive of numerous startup and growth businesses in both the United States and Europe.
His expertise extends also to acquisitions, financing, management, consolidation, restructuring, integration, reorganization, and the sale of existing operating businesses. His primary focus remains in subscription based recurring revenue business models, building off of an expertise in the telecom, media, and digital sectors.
Timothy M. Clark provides legal advice to investors and funds, including hedge, private equity, sovereign wealth, and venture capital funds, as well as pension plans. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the investment fund sector, Tim advises clients in connection with fund formations and structuring transactions such as investment adviser mergers and acquisitions, and investments into private funds. He has particular experience with secondary transactions, which includes recently completing a US$1 billion sell-side representation. Tim helps clients identify opportunities that they might otherwise overlook, regularly bringing potential deals and updates on market trends to their attention. To support his clients’ regulatory compliance efforts, Tim leverages his deep regulatory knowledge—including with respect to the Investment Advisers Act and the Investment Company Act—and works closely with clients to better understand their long-term plans. Tim’s private equity clients include buy-out, infrastructure, real estate, and mezzanine funds. His hedge fund clients include long/short equity funds, global macro funds, risk and convertible arbitrage funds, distressed funds, relative value funds, emerging market funds, fund of funds, pension funds and endowment funds.
Tim is head of the Firm’s US Investment Funds Practice. He has been acclaimed by Best Lawyers in America as a leader in Private Funds / Hedge Funds Law, recognized by Legal 500 for his work in investment fund formation and management in private equity funds, named to Who’s Who Legal’s 2017 Private Funds list, and is a CCO University Faculty Professor for the Regulatory Compliance Association.
