Dave is a general partner at Norwest Venture Partners focusing on early to late-stage investments in enterprise and infrastructure.
Before joining Norwest, Dave spent 15-years at Comcast Ventures where he was responsible for identifying, executing, and managing new investments with a focus on enterprise software, cybersecurity, and financial services. His notable investments include Aporeto (acquired by Palo Alto Networks), BitSight, Brightside, CTI Towers (acquired by Melody Investment Advisors), DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU), EdgeConneX (acquired by EQT), Lendio, Slack (acquired by Salesforce), and Vox Media.
Prior to Comcast Ventures, Dave was at Flarion Technologies where he served as a senior business development executive and played a pivotal role in the company’s fundraising activities and eventual acquisition by QUALCOMM for $805 million. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in investment banking, gaining a foundation in finance and advising companies going through strategic transformation.
Dave is a board member and chair of the audit committee of BellXcel, a non-profit education organization.
Dave holds a bachelor of science in management with a concentration in finance from Binghamton University.
Danielle’s practice focuses on the representation of emerging companies and venture capital investors in the
formation and financing of high-growth technology and life sciences companies. She also counsels emerging
companies on mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinouts and general corporate matters, and she has
experience representing companies with respect to their initial public offerings and various other public
financing and strategic transactions.
Danielle is an active member of the National Venture Capital Association’s general counsel advisory board,
and she’s a frequent speaker for the Practising Law Institute, the American Bar Association and various law
schools. In 2023, she was recognized by Chambers USA as an Up and Coming California lawyer in venture
capital, in 2015 was an honoree at the YWCA of Silicon Valley’s Tribute to Women in Industry, was named
one of Northern California Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars, and is among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Dealmakers
in America (2022, 2021).
