Davis is a Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of North America based in the New York office. He is currently a director of 365 Retail Markets, The Chernin Group, DoubleVerify and Smartly.io. He was previously a director of GLM, OEConnection, Stream Global Services, SunGard Data Systems and World Triathlon Corporation. Prior to joining Providence in 2003, Davis worked in Deutsche Bank’s media investment banking group. He is a trustee of the Gilman School in Baltimore. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Davis is an avid runner, enjoys spending time with his family, and is a big fan of his alma mater, the University of North Carolina.

Joe is a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) at Goldman Sachs.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Joe worked at Jefferies Group six years, where he held a variety of roles in the firm's M&A and Media and Information Services groups, most recently as vice president. Before that, he was an associate at KPMG in the firm's audit practice where he became a certified public accountant.
Joe earned a BS in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in 2009.
