Mr. Greenfield joined Court Square as a Partner in 2013. He brings over thirty years of experience and a track record of leading high technology organizations through turnarounds and integrating operational excellence to deliver high value for the customer.
Most recently, Mr. Greenfield was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avid where he returned the firm to industry leadership in technology for digital media and entertainment from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Avid, he was CEO of GXS where from 2003 to 2007, he led the transformation of this major B2B provider processing multi-billion dollars in transactions into a global managed services leader. During the same period, he served as an Operating Partner with the technology-focused private equity firm Francisco Partners providing operational and financial expertise to portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Greenfield served as CEO of Peregrine Systems, restructuring this leading provider of consolidated asset and service management software out of crisis to be the first public enterprise-software company to emerge from bankruptcy. During his tenure at MERANT (formerly INTERSOLV) from 1987 - 2001 he served in various senior roles including President and CEO. He restructured the firm to establish a long-term profit-making product mix and market leadership positions in each of their strategic segments.
Mr. Greenfield currently serves on the Diebold Nixdorf, Donnelly Financial Solutions, Ancile Solutions, Encompass Digital Media and Research Now board of directors. From 1999 to 2002 he served as the Chairman of the Information Technology Association of American and has served on the boards of directors of the following companies: Aderant as Chairman, AFS Technologies, Amisys Managed Care Systems, Avid Technology, Inc., Epocrates, Frontrange Solutions, GXS, Hyperion Solutions, Intellitactics as Chairman, Managed Objects, Mobius Management Systems, Inc., Vocus, and Novell. He has also served on the Norwood School Board of Trustees.
Mr. Greenfield received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science Administration from George Washington University, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Humes is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Greylock Capital and Co-
President with Ajata Mediratta and Co-Chief Investment Officer with Diego Ferro since
October 2012. Before Greylock Capital, Mr. Humes was a Managing Partner of Van Eck
Absolute Return Advisors, Inc., where, in 1997, he launched the fund that became the
Greylock Global Opportunity Fund. From 1991-1994, he was a key member of the
Lehman Brothers’ emerging markets debt trading team, where he co-managed over
$500M in assets. Prior to Lehman, Mr. Humes traded a proprietary debt portfolio at
Banco Santander. He began his career at Manufacturer’s Hanover, where he worked on
sovereign debt restructurings. He served on the Private Creditor-Investor Committee for
Greece and served as the Co-Chairperson of the Global Committee of Argentina
Bondholders. Mr. Humes received his BA from Williams College in 1987.
Jared joined Centerbridge in 2006 and focuses on investments in the Technology,
Media & Telecom sector.
Prior to joining Centerbridge, Jared was an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, a private
equity firm focused on investments in technology and related growth companies
operating at scale. Previously, Jared was an Investment Banking Analyst within the
Global Industrial and Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Jared serves on the Boards of Directors of American Renal Holdings, Inc. (and affiliated
entities), Ivy Acquisition Parent Inc., an affiliate of IPC Corp. and Ligado Networks LLC.

Mark W. Yusko is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Creek Capital Management, LLC, a registered
investment adviser formed in July 2004 to provide investment management services based on the University
Endowment Model of investing to wealthy families, individuals and institutional investors. Morgan Creek currently
has $ 3.2 billion in assets under advisement in non-discretionary accounts and discretionary funds.
Prior to forming Morgan Creek, Mark served as the Chief Investment Officer for the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill (UNC) from 1998 to 2004. Mark, and his team, founded the UNC Management Company (UNCMC) in
July of 2002 to provide comprehensive investment advisory services to the University including strategic and
tactical asset allocation, investment manager selection, manager performance evaluation, spending policy
management and performance reporting. The Management Company was also responsible for providing Cash
Management and Planned Giving Management services as well as aiding in the commercialization of University
technology and real estate development projects. UNCMC also provided outsourced investment management
services to select schools within the UNC System. Total assets under management were $1.5 billion, $1.2 billion of
Endowment and $300 million of University working capital.
Prior to joining UNC, Mark was the Senior Investment Director for the University of Notre Dame Investment
Office, where he joined as the Assistant Investment Officer, in October of 1993. He worked with the Chief
Investment Officer in all aspects of Endowment Management including asset allocation, investment manager
selection, manager performance evaluation, spending policy management and reporting to the Board of Trustees.
Mark was primarily responsible for portfolio construction and was actively involved in establishing and building
strong programs in real estate, private equity and marketable alternatives. Mark is an Advisory Board member of a
number of private capital partnerships and alternative investment programs and has served as a consultant on
alternative investments to a select group of institutions. He is currently a Board member of the MCNC Endowment
and a member of the DukeEngage National Advisory Board at Duke University, President and Chairman of the
Investment Committee of The Hesburgh-Yusko Scholars Foundation at the University of Notre Dame, and President
and Head of Investment Committee of the Morgan Creek Foundation which he established with his wife Stacey in
2005. Mark is a highly sought after speaker for many industry conferences and events and is a frequent guest on
shows such as FOX Business News, CNBC and Bloomberg.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Notre
Dame in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago
Paul J. Isaac is the CEO and founder of Arbiter Partners Capital Management, LLC. His responsibilities
include managing the firm's relationship with investors and the investment community, overall strategic
exposure and asset allocation, individual security analysis and selection, and investigation of private
investment opportunities. Mr. Isaac has been actively investing on behalf of himself and others for over
thirty-five years. Prior to founding Arbiter, Mr. Isaac managed equity and debt portfolios directly;
researched and employed outside managers; analyzed and invested in alternative strategies; and
provided investment strategy consulting to investors. Mr. Isaac has also served on several non-profit
boards, chaired a charitable endowment, and held positions as a corporate director. He brings a broad
range of sell side experience, including eighteen years of managerial experience in the securities
industry, spent at Mabon, Nugent & Co. and its successor firms. During that time, he developed and ran
the firm's training program as well as managed the firm's municipal, government, mortgage-backed and
high yield bond departments. He served as Chief Economist and chaired the firm's commitments and
credit committees. During his time at Mabon, Mr. Isaac also spent a term as Chairman of the Securities
Industry Association Capital Rules Committee. Mr. Isaac graduated from Williams College with Highest
Honors in Political Economy and was a Thomas J. Watson Foundation Fellow.
Ryan joined Pomona Capital in 2007 and focuses on portfolio construction, investment analysis and deal sourcing for Pomona’s secondary fund of funds, primary fund of funds and co-investment businesses. He has 13 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Pomona, Ryan was an investment professional at GE Capital, managing deal underwriting and execution in the energy, health care and financial services sectors. Previously, he was an analyst in GE’s Financial Management Program, where he completed rotational assignments in several GE Capital businesses, including GE Capital Aviation Services and GE Commercial Finance. Ryan received a BS from Boston College.
