Aaron Weitman is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of CastleKnight Management LP, an event driven and special situations hedge fund that invests across capital structures of all sizes. Prior to founding CastleKnight, Mr. Weitman spent over 15 years at Appaloosa LP, rising to the title of Senior Partner. As a Senior Partner, Mr. Weitman consistently invested over $1B of assets in the portfolio across equity and credit. Mr. Weitman has invested across all sectors, with a focus on several of them for over a decade, including: industrials, housing, chemicals and consumer products.
Mr. Weitman holds a B.S. with University Honors in Business Administration (Finance concentration) and a minor in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of multiple charity and foundation investment committees, including Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Metrowest NJ (one of the largest in New Jersey) and Boystown Jerusalem Foundation of America. Mr. Weitman also participates in significant outside charitable and Pro-Israel endeavors.
As the Director of Real Estate for Green Holland Management, Adan is focused on the sale and capitalization of all property types including industrial, office, multifamily, mixed-use and development throughout New York City and South Florida. His focus is on complex transactions and current responsibilities involve business development and acquisition sourcing, helping clients strategically solve problems within their portfolios as well as developing plans for maximizing their assets.
During his career Mr. Elias Kornfeld has completed and participated in over $600 million worth of investment sales transactions thus far. Prior to joining Green Holland Management, Adan was Vice President of Meridian Investment Sales where he focused on sales and financing within the greater New York City area. Earlier, Mr. Elias Kornfeld was a member of Colliers International’s New York Capital Markets & Investment Services team, led by Richard Baxter, Yoron Cohen and Scott Latham, where he focused primarily on the sale of institutional assets in the office, industrial and development sectors in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.
Mr. Elias Kornfeld holds a B.B.A. from Florida International University where he attended the Honors College. He is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and sits on the events committee for American Friends of Rabin Medical Center. He was also awarded the "30 Under 30" honor by the Commercial Observer.
Alison Chemla is the Creative Director and Designer of Alison Lou, a fine jewelry brand based in New York City inspired by the deceptive simplicity of modern communication and beyond.
Her introductory collection Emoticore remains a thoughtful and cheeky commentary on the expression of feelings from the banal to the intimate through the language of emoticons. Since Alison’s first
collection, which stands as her signature today, the line has evolved to include collections based on themes from Casino to Secret Garden, while always remaining playful in its approach. Alison Lou’s FW
2019 collection, Mama Mia, was dreamed up after a summer trip to Italy. The collection consists of designs inspired by everyones favorite pastas - farfalle, penne, and spaghetti to name a few. Alison Lou
has added a wide variety of updated classics to their core collection such as signet rings, pendant necklaces, and diamond hoops, all with enamel accents which are a brand staple. Most recently, Alison
has introduced GROOVY, a collection filled with intricate enamel, pearls, and opals. This collection speaks to Alison’s ability to work with various materials and still stay true to her brand’s core messaging
of playful and unexpected yet refined fine jewelry.
Since its birth, Alison Lou has garnered press from both the editorial end including Vogue, WWD, InStyle, The New York Times, Harper’s Bazaar and celebrities like Blake Lively, Beyonce, Rihanna, and Taylor
Swift. In the Spring of 2018, Alison launched LOUCITE, a diffusion collection of hoop earrings made of lucite and hand-painted enamel in a wide variety of colors and sizes. LOUCITE quickly established a strong
following especially amongst the celebrity set. It has been seen on Emily Ratajkowski, Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga, Gigi Hadid, Tracee Ellis Ross, Celine Dion, and many more.

CURRENT LEADERSHIP IN REAL ESTATE
• In 2018, Andrea joined the firm that her mother cofounded in 1979, Himmel & Meringoff Properties (“HMP”), a long-term oriented, vertically-integrated real estate firm that owns a large portfolio of office buildings in Manhattan and industrial warehouses in the boroughs of NYC and is committed to the long-term ownership and hands-on operation of office buildings in Manhattan and industrial warehouses in the boroughs.
• Andrea serves as Chief Investment Officer + Principal, running acquisitions and growth for the company. In addition, she is leading the redevelopment of HMP’s 8-acre site in Parkchester.
• Andrea is recognized as a thought leader in the New York real estate community, speaking regularly on panels and at conferences for organizations including NYU, PWC, The Commercial Observer, CUNY TV, REFI, The Real Deal, The Stoler Report, The Opal Group, and Bisnow. She also founded and moderates a Commercial Real Estate Investing club on social audio app Clubhouse that has 3,000 members.
• Andrea serves on the Board of Directors of The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, advocating for the success of Manhattan’s small businesses, which comprise 99% of companies.
• Andrea serves on the Board of the Diversity Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry.
• Andrea grew up in NYC and attended Horace Mann from ages 3-18, graduating within the top 5% of her class. • A nationally-top-ranked junior competitive tennis player, she decided to attend The University of Pennsylvania instead of pursuing a professional tennis career.
• Andrea studied real estate within the Joseph Wharton Scholars program, Wharton’s undergraduate honors program for the top 5% of the student body. She served on WAB, the Wharton Advisory Board, a small group of students selected by Wharton’s administration to advise on co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
• Passions: philanthropy, chess, theater, mindfulness, meditation, Central Park, the outdoors, her two dogs, yoga, tennis, and triathlons (she has competed in several, including a half-Ironman and a full Ironman).
• Andrea worked for 2 years out of college at Brookfield Properties in leasing and development. • From 2009-2016, she was part of the founding team and 1 of 7 investment professionals who worked for Lew Sanders at long-only value-oriented hedge fund Sanders Capital. Lew was the co-founder of Sanford Bernstein in 1968 and CEO of Alliance Bernstein (asset manager with $1 trillion of AUM under Lew’s leadership) through 2008. Andrea was responsible for managing $3 billion of their $60 billion of AUM within the oil and gas energy sector.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN OIL AND GAS
• In 2016, Andrea launched an oil-focused private equity company in Texas, Tierra Resource Partners. • Two years later, she launched a successor fund to invest in oil and gas royalties called Revere Resources. She hired a team of former Bain and Apollo energy executives, raised $6 million to buy oil royalties in Southwest Texas, and sold the fund one year later for $18 million.
• Off the success of Fund I’s 3x multiple, Andrea built Revere into a 25-person company based in Houston, raising $300 million from hedge fund Elliott Management.
• In 2018, she resigned from daily operations to re-enter real estate; Andrea continues to serve as an advisor to, owner of, and investor in Revere Resources.
• Andrea serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity New York City, marrying her passion for real estate with Habitat’s mission of building affordable, safe, equitable housing for all. She also serves as the Co-Chair of the Real Estate Council for Habitat for Humanity New York City.
• She has been a Big Sister through non-profit Big Brothers Big Sisters for over seventeen years to her “little” Samantha Flamer. • She is active with several other non-profits including ChildFund, in which she sponsors ten adolescent females in Sierra Leone and Uganda, and The Gay Center.
Andrew is the founder of Lion Cub Development. An investment company that focuses on residential and commercial value add opportunities in New York City. Lion Cub has acquired over 20MM worth of property in its first year of existence. Prior to founding Lion Cub, Andrew was a principal at Aryeh Realty, a 3rd generation family office that owns and manages a portfolio of residential properties in Manhattan. Andrew received a Bachelor’s degree from Babson College and an MS in Real Estate Development at NYU Schack. He is also the founder of the Little Champions Foundation, a charity foundation that he started in 2013 that focuses on raising money for underprivileged kids.
Ariela Safira is the Founder and CEO of Real, a mental health care company building a new therapy model. Ariela has been passionate about improving mental healthcare for years. Starting her career at IDEO, she studied, researched and developed new concepts to approach mental healthcare and mental wellbeing. Ariela earned a BS in Mathematics and Computational Science from Stanford University, where the impetus for her work began. Later, she joined Columbia’s Clinical Psychology program to train as a therapist and left the program in 2019 to launch Real. She's biked across multiple countries to fundraise for suicide prevention, and she is the recipient of the 2019 American Psychiatric Association’s Innovation Award.
After graduating from Boston University, Blake started her career as a publicist at a leading fashion & lifestyle PR firm in New York City. While living in NYC, Blake was introduced to her now husband and business partner, Wayne. While wedding planning, Blake hunted for the perfect accessories for all of the wedding events and quickly noticed a gap in the market. Frustrated by the lack of options, she wore what she had and got to thinking… how could she impact and change this market? Blake quickly took action and on their honeymoon, Blake and Wayne put their business plan together. Eight months later, in 2018, Vivrelle was born. Dan Reich is the Co-Founder and CEO of Troops, a venture-backed technology company that makes business software human by connecting back office Systems of Record with the new Systems of Engagement, like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Troops is working with hundreds of companies and has raised about $22 million in venture capital from First Round Capital, Felicis Ventures, Slack and others. He is also the Co-Founder and President of TULA, a health and beauty business that has created the world's first probiotic-based line of skincare products and is backed by LCatteron. He has been involved with companies that have raised over $100 million in venture capital and have exited for over $1 billion in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Troops, Dan started a software company called Spinback which he sold to Buddy Media, and then to Salesforce.com for about $850mm. He has a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a contributing writer for Forbes, TechCrunch, Harvard Business Review and has been named Silicon Alley Top 100 by Business Insider.
Eli Simon is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Investments at Simon Property Group and the CEO of Simon Property Group Acquisition Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Simon Property Group. He is responsible for implementing the company’s ongoing investment strategy, including focus on new business sourcing, strategic corporate investments, and the execution of real estate transactions.
Before joining the Company, Simon was the Principal and Head of North American Lodging at Och-Ziff Capital Management and Och-Ziff Real Estate, where he oversaw all lodging related investments, including asset and portfolio acquisitions, operating company investments, and lending opportunities.
Simon attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving his Bachelor's in Economics and his Master's in Business Administration.
Farryn Weiner is an experienced, award-winning brand marketer, advisor and founder of Farrynheight, an innovative brand marketing agency supporting founders at 30,000 and 100 feet. Having led efforts for powerhouse brands like Michael Kors and Sweetgreen, she brings a comprehensive consumer view to venture-backed startups and growth-stage organizations.
Prior to building Farrynheight, she was the Vice President of Marketing and Brand Innovation at sweetgreen, the destination for simple, seasonal, healthy food. Weiner oversaw the development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies. Leveraging her passion for unique storytelling and creative execution,
she structured retail openings, spearheaded marketing innovation, and forged strategic partnerships to continuously propel the brand forward.
Prior to joining sweetgreen, Weiner served as the Senior Global Director of Digital, Social and Creative Communications at Michael Kors Worldwide where she oversaw integrated editorial, digital and social media strategy. Before joining Michael Kors Worldwide, Weiner led social media, editorial content and digital marketing
strategy for Jetsetter.com at Gilt Groupe.

Gabrielle Edwards is the Vice President and Head Buyer for Mixology Clothing Company, a boutique women's clothing company aimed to contribute to the greater good. She founded the company in 2009 with her brother, Jordan Edwards, in the midst of the recession. At a time retail fashion was rapidly changing, the siblings developed a business model that has grown over the past 12 years into a well-known, omni-channel retail brand based out of New York. There are currently 11 Mixology Clothing Company stores throughout the northeast alongside a major e-commerce website that serves customers around the globe.
Gabrielle began her career at age 13, working for a local clothing store in her hometown of Hewlett, New York. During college, she worked at both Saks Fifth Avenue and The Doneger Group. She planted the early seeds for Mixology as a Northeastern University student, envisioning a company that would match the highs and lows of fashion at an affordable price point, all while ensuring customers looked and felt great. She began working full-time on the business as soon as she graduated.
Because of Gabrielle's own journey as a young female entrepreneur, she has prioritized recruiting and hiring women -- many of whom begin their careers with Mixology. Throughout its success and growth, the company has retained its core values: inspiring confidence and treating their customers and team members like family.
Jason Cohen is the CEO and Co-Founder of MyBundle.TV
Prior to starting MyBundle.TV, Jason was a Portfolio Manager at Buckingham Capital Management, where he researched and invested in the Media/Telecom Sector with a special focus on how streaming TV was disrupting the traditional ecosystem. Jason not only believed consumers would benefit from the increasing choice afforded by streaming, but that a new golden age of broadband providers was around the corner due to the separation of broadband and video delivery.
However, with all that choice came new challenges and Jason started MyBundle.TV to help simplify streaming for consumers, streaming services and broadband providers.
Jason Shuman is a Partner at Primary, where he leads new consumer investments including consumer healthcare, fintech, and marketplaces. The Boston native and University of Miami alum has jumped between sides of the table over the last eight years but started his career as the Founder of a D2C footwear company.
Forbes featured him on the 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital list; Venture Capital Journal named him one of Venture Capital's 40 rising stars.
Jenny is co-founder of Four Acres Capital. She is also Managing Partner of Supernode Ventures. Prior to Supernode, Jenny worked at Eniac Ventures, where she focused primarily on seed stage investments in mobile-first technology, including enterprise and consumer-facing applications and platforms, in addition to devices, such as smartphones, tablets, wearables, drones, robots, and IoT. Jenny also spent time in an operational role at Minibar Delivery, an e-commerce startup, focusing on data analytics and business development. She worked as a financial professional at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division.
Jenny was selected as “Venture Capital’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars" in Venture Capital Journal.
She serves as an advisor to Mount Sinai Innovation Partners and is a member of Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Alumni Association. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Business School. Jenny was born and raised in New York City.
Omri is CoFounder and COO of fintech & proptech company Obligo. Born and raised in Israel, Omri earned a double BSC in Electric Engineering and Physics and served in an elite cyber intelligence unit in the IDF. With experience gained developing software for both Google and Facebook, Omri joined forces with his brother Roey and moved to New York to found Obligo. Obligo is a financial technology company that builds trust between renters and landlords, eliminating the need for security deposits and making the move-in process as simple as checking in to a hotel. Obligo has raised over $50m in the last year and today operates in 25 states. Here in NY, Obligo is partnered with owners and operators such as Stuytown, Stonehenge, Rudin, Common, Olshan, Adam America and more.
Mr. Lowenthal has 10 years as an energy investment professional across multiple investment strategies. He most recently served as a Vice President at Riverstone Credit Partners (“RCP”), a +$2B AUM diversified energy credit strategy, and the credit and capital markets affiliate of Riverstone Holdings, a +$39B energy alternative asset manager. He was the fifth employee at RCP. At RCP, he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing direct investments in energy and power companies. Additionally, he helped lead the liquid secondary trading strategy for RCP. Prior to RCP, he was an investment associate at PennantPark Investment Advisors, a +$2B asset manager, and focused on direct lending in the energy and infrastructure space. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Nomura Securities, specializing in natural resources leveraged finance. He holds a BA from Columbia University.
